Great service over the phone. They found the new model of my old washing machine with same measuraments so i did not stress whether the ones i had were correct. Really fast and efficient when they delivered and installed the new one. I highly reccomend

Overall, the service was good throughout. The sales team advised well, and the new washer/drier was delivered and installed, and the old one disposed of. The one disappointment was that my request for a discount was refused. I had only bought my previous machine from the same company two and a half years previously and it became beyond economic repair. The company should have acknowledged that this was a poor outcome.

After their installer damaged 2 panels whilst fitting a fridge freezer by drilling 4 holes all the way through, (9 months ago) these people have lied ( said they ordered replacement panels, then said the wrong ones arrived ) scheduled 4 no-show appointments to fix their damage and not responded to phone calls, or placed my calls on hold for 15/20 mins hoping I would hang up.
Still left with 2 damaged panels & no response for fixing them.

Received my Liebherr Fridgefreezer today. Super happy. Actually I was in contact with one of their staff since more than a month ago via WhatsApp. Super service and Super advice with no expectation from the seller. Constantly giving genuine advice. Not pushy at all. Almost getting free advice without any guarantee of purchase. Respect 🙌. Delivery was so smooth and excellent till installation. Very professional with care and handling. I would pay a little extra instead of going to other retailers. Highly recommended. Very happy with the product, advice and information provided from start to completion. 11/10. The extra 1 is my way of saying that I had an above and beyond service from the seller. Thank you 😊.

I am a landlord and ordered a second Bosch washer/drier from them recently, which they said was in stock. The availability of a five year warranty influenced my choice despite the extra cost. It turned out that it wasn't actually in stock and had to be delivered from Bosch a week later. There was no problem with that delivery but it does affect my score on this occasion.

Ok I could have done this myself but it would have been much harder. This was very easy. Broken old freezer - guys come and change it, swop doors round remove old fridger freezer. Job done. Food cold.

I was having major issues trying to order a new fridge freezer online and somehow ended up with 4 of them in my basket! I was getting very confused and didnt know what I had done wrong, I am 84 years old and not allways very good with these new fangled computers and ordering things online.

I decided to call up and was lucky enough to speak to Jordan. He could not have been any more helpfull and was such a patient young man. He took his time with me and did not rush me at all, even when I was getting a bit flustered and couldnt quite understand what was happening.

Jordan remained very calm and pateitnt throughout and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He sorted out the 4 fridges in my basket and made sure I only ordered the one I actually wanted! He done everything right and I felt very reassured that it was all sorted properly.

I really do appriciate the help as I was getting quite worried that I had ordered 4 fridge freezers by mistake! Thankfully Jordan was there to sort me out. The order has now been placed and is booked, so I can finally stop worrying about it.

A big thank you to Jordan for being so kind, patient and helpfull. Customer service like this is very hard to find these days and I am very gratefull for all his help. He is a credit to the company and deserves to be recognised. Thank you again Jordan, you were brilliant.

I phoned London Appliance Store on a Friday afternoon to get a price for the purchase of two appliances. The member of staff said he'd get back to me in 20-30 minutes. I phoned back 45 minutes later because I wanted to get my purchase wrapped up before the weekend.

After my second call to them I contacted Long Eaton Appliance Company who said it was too late to get back to me about availability from the manufacturer by that time on a Friday (4.30pm): they would be closed. They said they'd get back to me by about 10am on Monday. I much prefer knowing the truth about how long I've got to wait instead of being strung along. At 10 on the dot they called with availability. I have since ordered from them, paid a deposit, they've received it in store and we've agreed a delivery date.

And, guess what? A week later, I'm STILL waiting for the call due last Friday from London Appliance Store.

Update 28.08.2026 emailed them as requested on the day that they left their response. STILL nothing heard. Just for the info of other potential purchasers.

Excellent advice service from London Appliances when ordering our new Tumble Dryer. Ordered on Monday and delivered and installed the next day, would highly recommend them.

I had a new kitchen project with everything perfectly planned and it got severely delayed thanks to London Appliances. This meant that my entire living space was a construction site for two additional weeks due to this and I was not even been able to make a cup of coffee at home during this time. The pricing and customer service were good but the delivery was terrible. They rely on the manufacturer for delivery (for many of their products) and things become a real mess since they do not have direct control of what is happening (damaged items, missed delivery dates, unnecessary waiting for the drivers to show up, …).

To elaborate on what happened, here is a longer recap:

I ordered two appliances several weeks in advance with an agreed delivery date. One of the two appliances arrived. On the same day, I waited for the second appliance until almost 5 pm. I then called them and they contacted the manufacturer to know what was going on. The next day they found out from the manufacturer that the new washing machine will not arrive since it got damaged just before delivery. I had to order a different machine which was supposed to be delivered by them (not the manufacturer) a week later.

Then on the delivery day, I heard from the delivery person that the machine will be with me in 45 min and it just did not arrive. I heard nothing for a day. Two days later, they attempted to deliver the machine without giving any notice, so I missed the delivery. I then contacted Samuel from customer service to complain. He confirms that it was being delivered by the manufacturer again (not sure why).

Samuel was very responsive and tried to get a quick response from the manufacturer. He arranged the machine to be finally delivered on a Saturday and the old machine collected the next Monday. Samuel was extremely helpful in solving a situation he did not create. He even contacted me after posting this review offering a small refund and a nice goodwill gesture, which I appreciate.

Unfortunately, despite Samuel's intervention, the outcome was still the same - a project delayed several days and having to incur extra costs and a huge inconvenience for not having my kitchen finished when it was supposed be ready.
