Competitive prices, very helpful staff at Saint Oswalds Rd, Gloucester. Delivery available, although we chose to collect the applicance. When we arrived at the Gloucester branch the staff were very helpful and attentive. A great service.

I ordered my appliance online a very straightforward process , the price was extremely competitive. I was offered a delivery date with a very short lead time. The appliance arrived on the day promised the tracking system allowed me to plan the arrival. The delivery personnel were pleasant and helpful , all in all a very painless experience .
Based on my experience I would have no hesitation recommending this company to friends & family .

I chose a new range cooker and Gillmans price was the best by several hundred pounds. Delivered within 7 days by two helpful friendly men who positioned it in my kitchen. I would have given 5 stars but the email confirming the delivery day which was scheduled didn’t arrive until 2 days after cooker arrived! Tracking on the day however was very good.

Smooth from start to finish. Ordered a fridge for next day collection, no issues, friendly staff and organised.

So we bought a washing Dryer asked if there is any difference in height & was told nothey are all the same so bought an AEG. However it didn't fit, it was too tall, (simple mistake)to swap it to one that did fit we would have to pay a 20% restocking charge £90 which wasnt negotiable. I brought it back to store so no cost to Gillmans, then in the discussions i found out they range in height from 830mm to 850mm so we were given the wrong information.
I think after 25 years of buying all my electrical appliances from the store, i have bought my last item.

The price was excellent. Tracking for the delivery was accurate and delivery was smooth and helpful.

The whole transaction was simple and straight forward, the price was very competitive and communication about the delivery was spot on.
I will definitely look at Gillman's next time I need to make an appliance purchase.

We purchased a condenser dryer from Gillmans. The process was very smooth and the price was the best all around. The product was delivered when expected and with a very nice delivery man. I would certainly recommend Gillmans.

It’s always great to be able to support a local business. Gillman’s were recommended by the company who installed our kitchen. I initially came to the showroom for advice on range cookers. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. My Rangemaster Estel cooker was ordered from them by our kitchen designer.
For this latest purchase, I ordered a Bosch microwave through the website and collected it next day. So easy and hassle free. I’m very pleased with the service I have received both in person at the store and from ordering online.
