Easy to order and with in price range

Everything perfect

I ordered Large but items in the hamper were much smaller in size than advertised and pictured. So be Aware also my hamper had a white netting around it which although looked pretty, it meant the items weren't on show and this didn't suit the occasion I ordered it for.

Order never received! No refund given!

The gift arrived the day after ordering (small exotic fruits) it was in a lovely strong presentation box suitable for man or lady.

The gift we bought was delivered on time as promised and great value for money

I ordered the medium size to send as a get well gift, it was delivered in very good time, seeing as I paid the extra amount for a faster delivery. The person I sent it to was very pleased with it. There was quite a variety of fresh fruit in which included a bottle of sparkling grape juice which they thoroughly enjoyed and have searched for some more, to find it's difficult to buy and quite expensive.I would recommend Giftalicious, it was my first time using them and will use them again.

Order placed on 30 June for delivery on the 3rd July for a birthday gift on the 4th July. Acknowledged & confirmed immediately by Giftalicous, Evri where expecting the order same day, but has only just been dispatched to them today (6th July), AND not expected for delivery until 9July according to Parcel2go. The delivery address has been shown incorrectly as Rose Mallow Cottage is NOT in Shop Lane. Extremely dubious that it will ever arrive or with edible muffins. A refund should be made.

Excellent experience. Quick delivery and our family were so very pleased with the surprise. They said the fruit was of very good quality and well packed. Thank you Giftalicious. Will use you again.

I would not recommend buying fruit from this site.
1. Tracking confirms "unable to deliver" on 5th day it was supposed to arrive, yet they've assumed delivery was attempted regardless of evidence showing it wasn't.
It arrived 6 days after purchasing and I was told that they advise customers to pay for next day delivery!
2. Grapes arrived in poor condition. They have blamed this on the delivery time I chose as they advise next day!
3. I was told that Dragon fruit was not included because it's not in season and replaced with a melon? Apparently this is stated on the site, however dragonfruit is in season May-October!
4. The hamper was not in a black box with a satin bow and straw as advertised, instead it was a grey tray, shredded paper and a cheap bow.

They've offered a 10% discount on my next order as a good will gesture!
I declined and have escalated this through my bank for a full refund.
They offered a 20% refund, I've declined.
I could have put this hamper together myself and it would've been far cheaper.

The pleasure gave the recipients !!

I sent a box of fruit to my neighbour who had just had an operation on his shoulder. He sent WhatsApp message thanking me. I did not see his gift but he seemed pleased with it.
