Easy to purchase a e-gift card online - thinly small criticism being that although an email is issued when payment has been taken/order placed, there is no follow up to confirm the e-gift card has been sent/received by recipient (other Supermarkets do do this) hence the wondering if it’s actually been delivered…

Non existent customer service
The most unhelpful customer support I have dealt with in years - wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I accidentally used my brothers old email address for an eGift. So I contacted them to get this updated or the order cancelled and was met with a wall of 'Computer says no'.
I was given the card number, no PIN to allow it to be used and unhelpful stock answers that ignored simple requests. Thanks Tina C....
I will be filing a claim with my credit card company as they have now stopped responding despite not delivering the goods.
