Friendly and professional staff with swift response

I am happy with the staff’s timely response, patience and providing clear information for all my queries. The customer service is helpful.

I've unfortunately been stuck with getground for the past 2 years.

Fees - £22.80 when I joined (£273.6 per year)
Now - £48 (£576 per year)

More than doubling the cost to small businesses every 2 year period.

If you're a small landlord, they will simply raise the costs for you every month, they will milk you, they will steal your profit over time with the following:

"oh we heard landlords want these features, so we're giving you them and charging you for it"

Landlords are being charged to fund features they neither want nor need.

I will be leaving GetGround at the very first opportunity.
