the company is unreachable. no phone numbers on their website and if, then no one ever pick it up. emails not working. Accountancy left until last minutes and even for this you need chase them up and you are unable to discuss it with someone or get the assistance. they are clearly understaffed and do everything to filter you out with queries. useless chatbot will be your option if need something. they keep promising improvement (it will follow my review perhaps) but reality is different. the Only reason i am still with them is Harry, who tries to be helpful but it looks like he is the only person working there.

Engaged GetGround end last year for managing two rental properties. After signing the agreement they just passed the management to another company that is never responsive. Tenancy agreement expired in Feb this year but no one is working on the renewal nor providing any update. You would be spending far more time chasing for an update than managing the properties yourself.
