No way to terminate the account on the webgae

First of all, the company website does not even have a page where you can terminate the account. So I emailed the customer service to terminate my account and they replied me that the final subscription fee would be charged in March 2026. However, I am still charged in April 2026. I am asking for a refund and termination of my account account immediately. I am waiting for their reply. They make subscription termination so difficult. I would not recommend this company.

Overall a good experience, the setup was simple and everything in one place makes things easier. Support was helpful at the start. A solid option for a straightforward setup.

GetGround’s accounting service is superb. I simply upload all the rental statements, expense receipts and relevant bank statements to verify rental income and they will handle the tax filing. At the end, I just need to pay the tax due by secure bank transfer following simple instructions.

Terrible company, take the money, you ask them for help, they send you links to their site that do not even work.
Then i ask how to pay my corporation tax, never done this before I need help. The person Russel who I was emailing was no help at all. Oh and still not resolved and we need to pay corporation tax in 9 days!!!
Accounting we asked how we could take money tax free. They told us the wrong thing, disgraceful. So our full accounts had to be done again after we are argued about it and then they said we should have withdraw it a different way. Wow great service, its like they do not know what they are doing.
Do not waste your money on this company.

Edit. Had an issue that has now been sorted. To be honest.. no one does what they do the way they do it.

I find myself openly recommending them. Best for property investment with a group of friends.

Get left / Get grounded ! / no info no help / They don't respond - no phone numbers no contacts to be made - this business is faceless email only impossible to speak with they did nothing to help.
