We've been using GetGround since 2022 and have been very pleased with the service they have provided. Over the years, the tax filing process has become much more streamlined and straightforward, making it easy to stay compliant with minimal effort.

We currently have 6 accounts with GetGround, and they have offered us a bundled pricing package that is significantly more cost-effective than paying for each account individually. The pricing is fair, transparent, and offers excellent value.

The team has always been responsive, professional, and supportive whenever we've needed assistance. Overall, GetGround provides great service and reliable support at a reasonable price. The Get Ground team have been super proactive and helpful throughout the whole process. I've been using GetGround for a few years now. Its a pretty seamless experience and I appreciate being able to manage multiple properties through one digital platform. I've had a great experience with GetGround's accounting service. Their team is always quick to respond to my queries and provides clear, helpful advice. Everything is handled efficiently and professionally, making the accounting process straightforward and stress-free.

We can't even begin to express how shocked and appalled all users are by GetGround and its breach of agreement. We were betrayed. What started as a promising start-up built around a simple core idea (i.e., each property should be owned by one company with one GetGround subscription only) quickly degenerated into a chaotic "money-grab" of unjustifiable cost increases rapidly from £26.38/month to £34.8/month to £48/month. When simply raising costs was no longer tenable, GetGround started to forcibly "bundle" entirely unnecessary and illusory "services" in an attempt to raise costs further to £96/month. But this was not what was contracted for, we would not consent of course, and now GetGround has resorted to blocking access to our own money accounts in order to extort charges. How could GetGround get it so wrong? Has the recent downturn in the property market left it no choice but to exploit its own users for money? When contacted, its customer service specialist was patronizing, evasive, and eventually offered circular passive-aggressive non-answers. Worse, they do not even see how wrong it is to block our access to our own money held in our company accounts! Most of all, GetGround did not even do the one thing it was contracted to do: prepare and file the annual accounts, which are overdue. We are at a complete loss of words, and now can’t even access our own money!

My company set up by get ground was struck off and I didn’t even know about it. Theres no constructive communication… just a call centre in the Philippines - they have no idea what they’re doing and are costing me more money than it’s worth plus fines. There’s no duty of care. Stay away

Get Ground is an integrated service that supports in a comprehensive way your limited company.

Get Ground will send you (a number of) messages to remind you eminent deadlines, it will provide guidance and in case you still have unresolved questions, you can call somebody to discuss.

All in all, excellent customer service and very friendly staff!

I have had both good and bad experiences with Getground. They are very nice and helpful when they sell you something. But if you need help with something, they can ignore you.

As an overseas landlord, the letting process could have been challenging, but Harry was incredibly supportive from start to finish. GetGround has been excellent throughout the entire process of setting up my investment company and purchasing the property. They guided me step‑by‑step, secured great deals on broker fees and landlord insurance, and generally made the whole experience far easier and more cost‑effective than if I had tried to handle everything on my own.

Terrible company, prices went up considerably and when we tried to leave they made it very difficult for us to do so and our new accountants could rarely get in touch with them. Overall, would NOT recommend.

- Interest rate and solicitor fee that GG offered has increased after aggreement.
- The bank that GG found didn't approve mortgage for the apartment that GG provided because of the location of the apartment.
- GG staff can't be reached easily, hardly get answers from GG staff. Some of them don't reply in weeks.
- There are different people for every step but not a point of contact that organizes every branch
- Lost money, effort and time (3 quarters~9 months)

The team from GetGround makes it very easy for me as a foreighn investor to handle all my properties in the UK. I started with only one small LTD and one BTL. Due to the good experience I had with GetGround it's now 6 LTDs with BTLs and HMOs. Job well done!
