My Fiancé had a custom ring made and it turned out beyond perfect. We had a picture of what we liked and they were able to make it just like the picture. They also made my wedding band, I didn’t love it at first and they were beyond helpful with taking it back and making it more delicate and simple (they didn’t even hesitate about remaking it). Also, communication with them is the best part, so responsive and easy going. These are not your typical Jewlers out there just to make $$, they make it a great experience.

Wow just WOW these guys really went above and beyond for me to get my girlfriend the perfect Diamond Tennis Bracelet. At first I was indecisive about which necklace to purchase. The staff was really helpful in helping me decide. When the necklace arrived, it is really high quality and shiny. Will continue to purchase from Gem Jewelers Co. in the future.

Shipping was fast.Communication was great.The tennis necklace is beautiful but keeps rolling so trying to find ways to prevent that. Also trying to verify the report number with DIA but it's not showing up online.

Update: Quick response, was fixed in less than 3 days. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you!
