I purchased the Gianna - Princess Cut Diamond Tennis Bracelet - 5CT / 14K / Yellow Gold. I am extremely disappointed in the quality. The yellow gold is a dingy color and looks like it was only plated and the gold plating is wearing off. It looks like a bought a cheap sterling silver bracelet.
I was told by their customer service department it is too late to return. It is almost as if the exchange time was coordinated with the life of the gold plating.
For $5,800 I expected a beautiful yellow gold bracelet. I should be ecstatic and love my bracelet but I do not. I don't wear it because it looks cheap and dull. It looks nothing like the beautiful bracelet in the picture. I will never buy jewelry online again.

I purchased from Gem Jewelers the Chloe Tennis Necklace in 7 carats and the Emerald and Diamond ring introduced as a Holiday Special. I love, love and love both of these pieces. I was not an easy customer since I am extremely indecisive, I tend to get VERY confused when there are so many choices regarding design, size, color of gold, etc. So I couldn’t decide, the only thing I knew was that I wanted a tennis necklace that I could wear daily.
