Lots of help choosing my sofa without being pressured. I was given time to really make my mind up. I was pleased with the price and choice of colours. Cathy was very helpful and patient with me.

Very relaxed atmosphere chose a couple of items,David dealt with my purchases and he was lovely so friendly and down to earth,would definitely recommend furniture village

Nice range of dining chairs to pick from. Visited other furniture stores and found Furniture Village had the best and largest selection of chairs. We was pestered while looking at the chairs but when we decided to purchase the chairs we were served by David who was really helpful and a fellow Man Utd supporter. We were reassured with the care package he offered. We previously bought our beds from here and will definitely purchase other furniture in the future.

Knew products, helpful and friendly

What a breath of fresh air to find a sales person who knows what he’s talking about. We visited the White City Retail Park in Trafford last week and was greeted by Wasim a sales person. He introduced himself very friendly and polite, anything we weren’t sure about he would be on hand to help.
Off we trotted around the store checking out the vast array sofa and chairs, calling on Wasim several times for assistance. There was no pressure at all from him, just providing us with information about the product. He even took us to the refreshment area for a hot drink and snack. Once again no pressure leaving us to chat about what we had seen and liked.
We found one sofa and chairs that we were really interested in. He came over and demonstrated the operation of said furniture. I mentioned I had a neck
problem and he took us another product where demonstrated its capabilities. The sofa was just what I wanted lumber and neck support plus more which he demonstrated throughly. I would have never found this if Wasim hadn’t been there to advise for which I am truly grateful.
We seen several or items we wanted so Wasim left us to it while he did the paperwork.During this time we meet James the manager who was very attentive and professional. Wrleft the store very happy with our purchases
I must say he was very knowledgeable of all the furniture we asked him about a real professional sales consultant.
If we need any more furniture there’s no doubt in our minds where we will get it from assisted by Wasim.
