Good Customer service was helpful in dealing with issue regarding a faulty mattress! Gave me the options available and explained new mattress would still be under warranty! Order placed for replacement mattress and confirmed by email!

Affi was very helpful and patient. Great customer service!!

great service by dinesh

It was very great experience with Shan and feel like dream come true. As doing renovation and spending money on other things, we never thought that we'll be able to get new sofas for lounge. But hooooray, we got it and very happy with it. Well done Shan.

As we entered the store Was introduced himself and offered assistance. We explained our requirements and he was very helpful in showing us the various options available, which were many. He left us to have a look ourselves and I must admit there was no hard sell and no pressure to purchase. Was demonstrated the sofa features and pointed out pros and cons. We made up our minds and Was explained the payment options and final amount payable with several options included. We are very pleased with our purchase and mention Was was pleasant and professional.

They know how to create a good customer relationship. The staff are good

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable about their products. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

The sales guy Affy was really good very courteous and friendly not pushy at all gave us good advice, but I still think all the stuff is very pricey, but with all that said we still ordered a new bed ,mattress and pillows and a mattress cover.

Cathy was very helpful.
Explained well and gave excellent advice

Excellent service provided by Dinesh. He helped us make right selections. He spent hours with us showing different beds, mattress, wardrobes & dinning table. All products are very high quality & value for money. Furniture village is highly recommended.

I wanted to leave a 5-star review for Dinesh at Furniture Village, Old Trafford.
My family and I were looking for 1 sofa set and a dining table. Dinesh took the time to understand what we needed, showed us the best options, and gave us honest advice on quality and materials. No pressure selling at all.
The whole process was smooth and enjoyable thanks to him. We are very happy with our purchase. Excellent service! Highly recommended.

We were well looked after by our sales lady Cathy. Cathy was such a lovely personable lady who couldn’t have done anymore for us.
Cathy met us with a polite smile, gave plenty of information to us regarding the dining set we were looking at and. Achy was very knowledgable. Tea, hot chocolate and cookies were greatly appreciated. Cathy didn’t rush us and gave us plenty of time to decide. We made a purchase with Cathy- every furniture village should have a Cathy in the store 🤗 highly recommend# happy customer
