The customer service from irfa was excellent. Really attentive and helpful and matched the online prices. The sofa appeared to be really good quality. The only reason there are 4 not 5 stars was the daunting contract we had to sign that made us nervous with no 14 day cooling off period for quite a big purchase and 12/13 week wait. Improve that and will be excellent. Not received the sofa yet so cannot comment on delivery & aftercare.

I had a great experience in store, all the staff were great especially David who took care of us start to finish. Highly recommend coming by if you’re furniture shopping.

We had a great experience buying our new mattress at Furniture Village in White City Retail Park, thanks to Cathy. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, clearly explaining all our options and technical details. She gave us the time and space to try out several mattresses over a couple of days with zero sales pressure. The purchasing process was smooth, and her warm, conversational approach made the whole experience feel refreshingly personal. Delivery was flawless and even arrived ahead of schedule! We couldn't be happier with Cathy's service and highly recommend seeing her if you visit Furniture Village.

From the moment we walked in Cathy went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after and gave us space to explore. No matter how many items or details we asked for Cathy remained calm and provide us all the details we asked for and gave us the best price. Sadly we have been left very disappointed on delivery of a sideboard. The buying experience was pleasant and the sales person very helpful. However, the item as delivered has visible scratches and hazing in the gloss finish, thick glue spread around the frame, a broken clip on one of the drawers so it just falls out, insides full of sawdust and oil and there are small deposits of glue on all of the surfaces. It's now sitting in the middle of our room unable to be used while we wait and see if customer services respond to our request to resolve the issues.

The customer service was excellent. Affy is very knowledgeable about the products in store. He offered us various options, rather than us just diving straight in and buying our first choice of bed, divan, and headboard. Affy clearly explained the after care to us. He was professional and friendly.

The manager of the White City showroom, Manchester was really helpful when I called. Kamm the sales advisor was more than helpful, staying very calm when she was clearly inundated with customers.

I called you online service to buy the sofa but found them very pushy and unhelpful when you dont sign there an then.
