Amazing service by James. Showed us all our options on the mattresses they had on offer with fine detail. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

David was terrifically helpful and went out of his way to ensure we git the best deal. The store is well laid out and the furniture excellent quality. We return regularly for most of our furniture needs.

I purchased my sofa from Furniture Village back in July and I absolutely love it!

I had a very helpful call with Alice in the after sales department at the Manchester store.
She noted my issues with the elecrical issues experienced with the USB & C type connections and arranged a service visit under warranty.
Looking forward to the problem been resolved on the visit by the service team.

Excellent service from start to finish

Went into the white city store looking for a sofa and a dining table. Was greeted by lovely guy who was not into your face but also left us alone to browse after explaining the lay out and options. It was a very smooth process. We were offered coffees and cookies during our visit. Dinesh made our journey easy and stress free. Thank you so much. Looking forward to our delivery in next few weeks.

Very Disappointing Experience with Furniture Village – Poor Delivery, Installation and Quality

I spent approximately £6500 on furniture from Furniture Village for my new home, expecting professional service and quality. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

Delivery was scheduled between 2:30 pm and 5:30 pm but arrived after 9:30 pm, with no updates and a tracking. We were left waiting for hours with our six-month-old baby.

The delivery team arrived without basic tools and even asked me for a spanner. They couldn’t properly connect the divans because the screws were too small and told me to visit a Pound Shop, buy larger screws and fix them myself!

The divans also have poor finishing, exposed staples and untidy plastic fittings underneath. The hydraulic ottoman mechanism keeps lifting upwards without the mattress and doesn’t appear to lock securely, raising safety concerns.

It is also filled with lot of stapler pins and not safe for kids and is not covered at all. Very poor quality.

After spending £6500, I never expected such poor workmanship, incomplete installation and unprofessional service from Furniture Village. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

As a customer I have full right to cancel my booking before delivery. They are not allowing me to cancel all my future deliveries which are taking ages to deliver as I doubt their quality.

And please be careful about their offers as they may include other items and will not provide details of hidden charges.

They now agreed to replace but still want to wait another 3-5 weeks. It’s a trauma and never ending disputes. Now I want to cancel all other pending deliveries as I no longer believe their quality. They will not allow you to cancel after all these. So I have to forcefully take what I don’t need anymore because of trust issues.

I don’t trust them anymore.Don’t go there. If you go double check your bill before you leave as they may include unwanted items as offer and charge you and never hope to cancel anything later as they are very rude.

My mistakes were I didn’t double check the bill throughly and choose frurniture village.

I am a it sad to have to write this review i bought a suite from furniture village Furst of November 2025 £2329.00within a week castelan had to come and bolt the 2 seater together it had started to separate then around march we noticed the2 seater start to squeak when using the recliner really bad and one of the chairs made a clunking noise when using the recliner castelan came and said he had fixed the squeak when heard the noise he said it was our fault the way we were using and said we should get in touch with the ombudsman manwich we did whey we did that I don’t they wanted video proof of damage I can’t do that my wife and I are bothe in our 80s they said go back to F village because it is still under warranty got touch they won’t come out what can I do castelan did not say he heard the noise in his report the 2 seater is still squeaking chair still clunking only nine months old

The people we spoke to whom helped us find the right sofa,and chair, were so charming and very pleasant too.
Made us feel comfortable along with cups of tea on top.yeah enjoyed the experience.

We returned today to the Furniture Village after the arrival of our new sofas, to add the finishing touch to our living room with an unconventional coffee table that caught our attention a couple of months ago.
Once again, David welcomed us into store with his usual warmth and before one could realise we were sat on these cozy dining chairs having some hot drinks and enjoying the store signature homemade cookies on this lovely table while we were buying a set of our own!
It was on our plan to acquire a new set in the near future but after visiting the Furniture Village and guided by David’s expertise, it seemed the perfect opportunity for it was today.
Some happy customers were served today again by David at the Furniture Village.

We had to call furniture village I spoke to a lovely lady called Natalie over a fault that we noticed on our new 2 seater settee she was brilliant and above all very helpful we felt valued as new customers and because of Natalie‘s excellent customer care after sales service I will have no hesitation in using furniture village for any purchases that we may make in the future
