Shout out to flight centre for sorting me out with everything I need in terms of booking, flying and baggage. Process was guided and smooth. They really know what they’re doing. Shout out to Kamogelo at the Bedfordview site too. Amazing hospitality.

This is my second trip booked through Jaco van Staden, after Thailand, and the standard was indentical both times. This one was a multi-city itinerary involving several hotels and a non-standard flight routing. Everything came back accurate and confirmed quickly, with no errors to correct along the way. He was professional throughout and clearly knew what he was doing. Knowledgeable, efficient and thoroughly recommended.

I want to give a special shoutout to Ayanda. Honestly, my confidence in Flight Centre going into this was low, but I decided to go with them because of my experience with Ayanda.

What really stood out to me is that a great experience isn't just about when everything goes smoothly, it's about how things are handled when they don't. On a recent trip to Mauritius, the partners on the ground didn't communicate or plan our airport transfers properly, and it was genuinely stressful. Despite being in a different time zone, Ayanda didn't let that stop her from owning the problem and staying on it with us until it was resolved, all while managing our frustration with real professionalism.

Beyond that, she made the whole trip seamless, planning everything and communicating clearly with us every step of the way. Thank you, Ayanda, for making this trip such a great experience.

This has been the second year in a row that we have been dealing with Chandre Plaatjies. I would highly recommend Chandre, as she has been incredibly patient and professional dealing with me, especially being a person who asks a lot of detailed questions, requires information to be checked and changes/add to bookings. If Chandre does not have intimate knowledge of a resort, she will ask a colleague or "phone a friend" She therefore goes the extra mile. Her willingness to work hard to source the best possible value-for-money deal within our budget definitely deserves a mention. The whole experience makes the entire planning process so much easier.

Walked into flight centre Pavillon and spoke to Malini. She was very kind understanding and friendly. Comming from UK. Wanted a nice hotel and flight to cape town .
I was unsure of dates so was a tricky one. She gave me an excellent quote with everything i needed. I am in the hotel now and i love it. I emailed her change of dates and she handled everything so smoothly. Will be booking more holidays now and feel so happy there is someone who can help.me with the best hotels and good times for flights as well. And bonus transfer as well.
