Have never booked a holiday on line before so was a bit unsure about the procedure. The travel consultant, Bailey Bertram, was fantastic! He had a quick response to questions, clear instructions, and we were really happy with the price and package he came up with for our holiday. An overall pleasing experience! Tried and trusted!

Yvonne Uuka booked our travel to Fiji for us. She was professional, friendly and highly efficient. I don't normally book with agents (usually arrange the travel myself), but Yvonne made it pretty much hassle free.
I didn't feel pressured into any arrangements either and that's important to me.

Kelly Richards was very kind and thoughtful and incredibly patient. She went the extra mile to help me as I did a lot of deciding what was best, as she gave me lots of options . Kelly was fantastic and I also spoke to other staff at Ponsonby Flight Centre and they took were helpful and kind.

Samara at Eastridge knows what we like. She found us an experience that has surpassed our expectations but is within our price point. We always rely on her to make our travel an exciting and positive experience. And she has been a lifesaver in the past when unexpected events have interrupted our journey.

Yvonne is responsive and engaged - she needed to swing into action to make last minute changes to my itinerary, and found me several options, and was very patient as I kept tweaking my plans.

Susan helped us organizing a multiple destination international flight. We booked at the centre in Tauranga/Bayfair and her expertise was super helpful. It was always a pleasure to meet her again. She is definitely someone who is friendly, patient and fun to do business with!

This is now the third holiday that Nat Lawton has booked for me. She finds great options for my budget and is always so quick to respond.

Awful experience they changed my flights and my seat upgrades couldn’t be moved with the bookings so they said it would be refunded. It had been four months of me calling and chasing up the refund being on hold for hours for them to only send me $13 and nobody could explain why I didn’t get my full refund. If I didn’t keep chasing them up I would have never got anything back at all. It felt like a big scam.

Great service and informative help from one of your staff

Aroha at the Christchurch Riccarton Mall branch looked after our flights to Europe this year and she has been totally outstanding. We were there for over two hours and Aroha went through all the options with us until we found the best solution. Very calm, helpful and also thinking outside the square for options available. This is the second time I have contacted Di Nichol to book a trip for me. She is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to understand my needs, I ask her so many questions and she is always lovely and answers them clearly, she alerts me to things I missed (the fine print), she gives me guidance and ideas. Although I know it would be cheaper for me to do this alone, but it is worth going to Flight Centre just to get someone who can give you a good and rational advice. Thanks Di

I’ve just driven 45 min in rush hour traffic from The Devonport peninsula to the Birkenhead FC. Admittedly I got there closer to closing but was given the short sharp shrift.

Agent: “I’ve got an appointment… drive up to the Albany FC, they’re still open or come back another day” and one other chap conversing with another employee says “I’m just the accountant”.

The thing that struck me was how dismissive the experience was😟. Even after I added I’d driven 45 minutes (stuck in traffic)to get there.

Having been drawn to the Birkenhead FC based on their strong review rating, the zero customer service experience left me disappointed.

Happily take business elsewhere.
