I had specific dates to build my 31 day holiday around as it was the only time the cattery had for that period of time.
The flight centre in Angel (Hannah), arranged everything for me and found the cheaper options available to me and arranged everything from flights, hotels and even the taxi from the airport to my hotel especially as I was arriving at my destination at 00-20am, travelling alone.
I would recommend to anyone to use the Flight Centre, who have the knowledge and expertise to build a holiday around your requirements and free you from the hassle trying to organise it yourself.
I will continue to use the Flight Centre when planning other holidays around the world.

So glad we booked our flights and itinerary with The Flight Centre travelling to Australia and New Zealand recently.
After our flights were cancelled routing through Dubai (due to conflict in the area), Hannah Holzer at Richmond, took control and sorted out new flights and a revised schedule for everything.
We cannot thank her enough for being patient, kind, caring and ultra efficient.
We have booked with Hannah before and would highly recommend as it has brought confidence and peace of mind to a booking that could have ended in a nightmare if we had done this independently.

I often do my own flight bookings, but a tricky routing via Lisbon for a few days stopover before going to 3 islands in Cape Verde was beyond my skills this time.

Staff were efficient, thoughtful, friendly and thorough. They organised our family’s Japan flights, reorganised them when the airline changed our connections, helped with seat choices, passport registration etc

Would never consider using another travel agent as all at Flight Centre are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Emily arranged a very comprehensive itinerary which covered everything you could think of and more..... all accommodation was stop notch, more than we expected, big shout out to all the team for arranging our flights home, given the difficulties with certain routes. We will definitely be using FC again and highly recommend the knowledgeable team in Brighton
