The Personal Touch Matters!
So why would you make use of a travel agent in today's day and age when you can literally make your own bookings on any conceivable booking platform?
Let me enlighten you! I've recently made my second booking with Brendon Jennings from Flight Centre in Walmer Park, Gqeberha.
Brendon is incredibly professional and great at what he does, finding the gems and the discounts for your trip. But it is the personal touches that matters most. A big smile, a joke or two - making you feel like a friend and at home, more than simply a customer, the emails wishing you a good trip and then welcoming you home!
This is unique and refreshing. Brendon from Flight Centre is truly my "go to" person for all things travel. I know that there is no way I can book my flights and accommodation more cost effective and smooth than the bookings I receive from Flight Centre.
THANK YOU Brendan for being an amazing human being besides being excellent at your job. It is honestly a pleasure to work with you!
