I ordered a electric fire on Monday 14 March the service was excellent and the price was extremely competitive we received an email on Thursday and it was delivered today 17 April.

I ordered a high efficiency gas fire just before Christmas 2021. On the telephone staff were helpful at ensuring the fire was in stock and giving information about it. Delivery was very prompt - earlier than expected.
There was slight damage to part of the fire, this was replaced very efficiently.

Ordered fire Monday lunch time and it arrived Wednesday morning .
Fitter came to install Saturday and found part of the trim damaged .
I emailed them Sunday and they replied Monday at 9am saying a replacement was ordered which came within 48hrs .

Absolutely fantastic service, Emma was delightful helping us choose exactly what was right for us, always polite, never pushy, even advising us on a cheaper range than we were originally looking at, thus saving us money too. Would highly recommend.

I have to write a review which I rarely do but it’s hard to find a business online these days that delivers on quality and service, even after you have paid your money over. This business have got it down to a T.

I was looking for a click, buy and arrive service which I got…and more. Even when I wanted to double check the product specifications, their helpline was extremely helpful. Chris walked me through everything and laid out all the pros and cons of their range and ‘I’ made my choice. I had a specific design in mind which again, he helped me understand how it would function etc. I was kept me well informed throughout our order with notifications and it arrived super fast. I used to stand by ‘you get what you pay for’ well fires2u have turned that on its head as I know swear by ‘you get what you buy from’ can’t wait to use them again when my kitchen diner is finished. Top service from a top business. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a gas fire with this company and the couriers absolutely destroyed the fire and left it on drive. The next day, the owner came from Liverpool to Bolton in his own van with a replacement and took the damaged one away!!! Can’t ask for more than that .

Excellent customer service received from Emma, she has been exceptional. We had a few issues with our order, connected with the manufacturer, BeModern (delays in despatch, incorrect address details, broken glass). Emma was always on hand to help resolve and was super efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use Fires2u again and would highly recommend.

Spoke with a very helpful lady Emma she ordered our gas fire and said because this was a direct order from the manufacturer they would be contacting us to arrange delivery. Next day Emma texted to say manufacturer had already sent it followed by a ring on the door bell it had arrived. How quick was that . When the gas fitter fitted it he was so impressed with it he sent a phone to his wife . Looks absolutely brilliant.

We didn’t know where to start when it came to our fireplace. But they were so helpful and made it all very easy to decide/order. The product arrived in perfect condition and according to the man who fitted it it was very good quality. He really enjoyed fitting it.

It looks fantastic and what’s more, it’s timeless. It’s always going to look good!

So pleased with our new gas fire. Bought the Dru Circo balanced flue gas stove from here. It looks so fab and I can't praise them enough for their service. Chris has so much technical knowledge and was really helpful and patient with us. This is the kind of service and attention to detail you just don't get from online companies.
