I had no problems dealing with Fires2u, straightforward transaction from beginning to end. Enquiries were answered very quickly and I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

A lovely company to deal with. I had to return a damaged fret for my new gas fire, more than once, but Fires2u were absolutely on it. I got very speed and polite responses, and they liaised well with the other company. They remained professional and courteous with me throughout. Well Done, and thank you for sorting it out.

Keep clear of this company. I purchased a Valour F5S Brazilla. Purchased 14/09/2022. It was installed by a professional gas fitter. I could not get the fire to stay alight, it kept going off when I tried to start it up, so I called the gas fitter back. He established there is a fault. This is brand new and yet when I called Fires2U they were not interested and told me to call Baxi directly - I stated my contract was with Fires2U. They refused to have anything to do with this faulty fire they have sold me. They dismissed me and said they were just an online company, so these rules don't apply. I stated that I didn't order this fire online I called them directly as I am not great with online stuff. They repeatedly told me to go to manufacturer. I am an elderly woman with a disabled husband, we need this fire to stay warm ready for the winter. It is not fit for purpose as is faulty. My contract is with the retailer! Appalling customer service. Will seek advice from BBC Watchdog.

Great company, easy to order, fast delivery, fantastic product, had some broken embers on delivery informed Fires2u straight away, instant response and they arranged for a new set of embers which came swiftly, highly recommend, great service.

Brilliant company very knowledgeable, had to phone a few times for some questions and they kept me right, nothing was a bother to them, not got my fire in yet as husband is building a surround, delivery was very good I live in Scotland and the company delivered to my door
