DO NOT USE THIS SITE

So excited to see the perfect Christmas gift on sale for $11! I decided to use PayPal and my order total was $18. However once I confirmed my order and was transferred back to the FansEdge site the confirmation page stated my order was submitted for $28 and that I selected Expedited Shipping for $11.98. At NO time did I approve this change in shipping on PayPal.
I called the 24/7 customer service and waited 45 minutes for a call back EVEN THOUGH I was told my wait time was under 5 minutes. So I tried the live chat feature and NO ONE responded an hour later. I am currently on the phone again for the last 30 minutes for a 10 minute wait time. Absolutely ridiculous. I originally wanted to change the shipping and refund the difference in prices. But now I want to cancel my entire order. This company is ridiculous.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. Im waiting on 1 more item from my order... and when I search for it, it's like it doesn't exist... other than the fact I PAID FOR IT! The customer service is terrible, a virtual assistant that doesn't have the answers and no option to talk to a real person.

Ordered 3 items none of the came and…

Ordered 3 items none of the came and also because of a shipper restriction my items was sent back to them I paid for next day shipping and spent over 100$ for nothing

Terrible products

I placed an order on October 28th and just barely received my shirt! the screen printing was way smaller then advertised and the screen print was crooked! Also the shirt was very poor quality! I will never shop Fansedge.com ever again!!

Order Placed Today. Will Update.

I placed an order today and after reading the reviews, I’m getting very nervous! I ordered two items and it should be here by the end of next week. I will come back to update when I receive. Cross your fingers for me!

UPDATE:
My order just came THREE DAYS EARLIER than I was expecting and I am super satisfied! I can’t add photos to this, but the boots came in the official NFL pink and black box and were wrapped carefully. The hat wasn’t wrapped, but it does have the official NFL tags and stickers, and it’s not damaged at all and actually looks better than the photo. I don’t really understand why the other bad reviews, but I’ll be ordering again.

Their free shipping is a hoax

Their free shipping is a hoax. Checkout tells you free shipping promo was applied but $9.00 remains in the total. Then when you call, they don’t answer. And they don’t return your call when you select a call back. If you happen to talk to someone, then they’ll tell you there’s nothing they can do because your order has been processed. I wished I had seen this page BEFORE I ordered. 81% BAD is definitely a no-brainer!
**After posting this, I received a response asking me to email them my order number. And within minutes, received a refund of $9.00. But the question remains, why was I charged in the first place. Is it how their checkout is set up? Still fishy to me & I won’t be buying from them again.

Dont trust this site for returns

Dont trust this site for returns. they say it is a free shipping but you will be charged double what you normally would have paid to return an item

i bought a sweatshirt that came and was a childs size not adults as i ordered. it cost me 16.97 to return it when i could have returned from post office for 3.20...but hey use their free return shipping to save money

will never order from this web site again...

also on another order i waited almost 3 months for my items

For the second time

For the second time, I have returned something, paying for the return postage out of my own pocket and not using their label. Both times they have charged $9.99 for the return label that I did not use against my refund. Both times they have also not send me an email with the details of my return. I should have learned the first time and never ordered from them again.

hidden return fee, wrinkled product

i ordered a premium 47 MVP yankee ballcap. arrived with many wrinkles , not something you want with hats which are supposed to be tight and crisp...went to return it and it says "free return" but they hit you with a 4.05 "label fee" like your a phucking reetard and dont realize thats what it cost to return, less even as they have deals because they purchase shipping in volume. felt so insulted. ill keep the hat, write this review and never return

This is a terrible company

This is a terrible company. If you need to return something, they have made it virtually impossible. Need to talk to someone...forget it. Their quality of merchandise is awful. Do not order from them. You'll be sorry! Wish I had read the reviews first.

I will NEVER order from them again

I will NEVER order from them again. My items said shipped and delivered and i never received a package. I called Fans Edge because it was sent Fed Ex Smart post and me being the customer can't file a claim with Fed. Ex. and the girl hung up on me. What kind of customer service is that. She said they would ship the items the same way. That is not acceptable to me as this was a present and now it will be late. Their customer service sucks. NEVER AGAIN

3 weeks later and still no package...

Ordered a shirt on September 24 for a gift meant for a Oct 5 birthday. Originally tracking said it would arrive Oct 2...then updated to the 9th. Supposedly the shipment transferred from FedEx to USPS but I no longer have a working tracking# and no sign of my package. (3 weeks after ordering) There is NO customer service available at this site. Still trying to figure out how to get a refund on this missing item. Will not be using this site again.

Edited to add - I contacted Fansedge via an email I saw on one of these reviews and did hear back. They offered to reship my order then a couple days later said tracking indicated it would be delivered that day. It did finally arrive almost 4 weeks after I placed the order. They said they would refund my shipping cost to make up for late delivery. I appreciate the eventual customer service but I probably still won't be shopping here in the future.

$100 pre-owned Bo Jackson Nike jersey?!?

I ordered a $100 Nike Bo Jackson jersey. It was just the reg game player jersey, nothing special. But it showed up after almost 2 weeks in a clear FansEdge bag without any tags on it. It had creases throughout the heat sealed patches and honestly looked worn. I've never bought a Nike jersey that didn't have 2-3 tags on it. So, they say 30 day hassle free returns, but they only give a partial refund due to the $9.99 return label they deduct. Not very hassle free! So I paid $10 to send them back a jersey that looks like and most likely had been returned before. Never again FansEdge!

Return label and cannot connect to a customer service rep

I ordered a gift Eagles sweatshirt with this company and the size was too small so I returned it and ordered a larger size. They charged $9.99 for the return label. When I reached out to the company both via email and phone number to request a courtsey refund for this charge since it was an exchange, it was impossible to connect to a person. and the email address came back as an error. When I called on the phone, I was not able to get in touch with a person. The label charge is an unfair and inappropriately high and especially when a person makes an exchange. The fact that they make it challenging to reach a customer service representative is not quality customer service. Other than this complaint, the exchanged sweatshirt arrived in a timely manner and my cc was credited promptly minus $9.99. Be sure to order a size that fits OR order from a site that offers a better return/exchange policy.

Had a great experience which I know is rare

I ordered a very expensive beer growler from Fans Edge and did not read the reviews until after I placed the order. I grew very worried seeing primarily negative reviews and my tracking number didn't work. Well after a couple of try's, the tracking number worked and I saw my order had been placed. This was a "Manufacturer's Direct" item so it didn't come from FansEdge technically but Fansedge gave me a great discount on it. My order was scheduled to be delivered 2-3 weeks from the order date and it arrived one week after ordering. I received a FedEx tracking number and my order came exactly how it was suppose to. I don't know about shirts or other items from Fansedge but if it says "Manufacturers Direct" then trust it. I'm very pleased and have no complaints. Thank You Fansedge, I understand this is rare

Never ordering from them again

Never ordering from them again. Charger me $52 for 2 shirts which were on clearance and total should have been 32.08. I ended up cancelling the order and had to fight for the refund. Found similar shirts somewhere else for even cheaper. Fanatics.com
