MALEDUCAZIONE ASSISTENZA CLIENTI
È la seconda recensione che scrivo questa volta per far presente che persone maleducate e arroganti come Paolo dell'assistenza clienti non dovrebbero lavorare SOPRATTUTTO con il pubblico. Mi ha scritto una mail vergognosa, offensiva, piena di scortesia e di bugie.
Ma dalle recensioni che leggo vedo che il suo comportamento sgradevole è stato notato da molti clienti.

They have misleading pricing, we made a mistake and ordered. Cancelled the same day, in accordance with their internal policies, as published on their website. This was on Saturday. They packed and shipped the products on the following Monday, since we were "too late" to cancel - which is against their own policy. We received the notice about the contents being packed after 9AM, while the package was actually sent after 12PM. Their customer support does not listen at all, spouting nothing but empty words and asking us to "please understand". Nevertheless, they told us to refuse the package, which we did. Meaning, we never received it. We notified them of the same and told them to issue us the refund, which they refuse. Apparently, we need to wait approximately 4 weeks for the package to return, so they can check if the products - which we never received, never opened and so never touched - are in good condition. Only then can they issue a refund, while deducting the cost of shipping. This means that, apart from the misleading pricing, which is clearly deliberate, shipping a product after it was cancelled in accordance with their own rules, they are withholding our funds for +- 6 weeks, after which they will return them "if everything is OK", after deducting the cost of postage, which they caused themselves. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had as a consumer.
Horrible experience!
After a month of waiting, the package still hasn't arrived and there is no indication when it might arrive. I wrote to all possible contacts, for them the customer is in the last place!
Customer service useless and not at all friendly. The store works in such a way that they keep your money for months while you wait for the goods - free credit. You NEVER pay in advance!

It's not scam, but they have a lot of issues. Delivery and return times are insanely slow for the EU. Delivery always takes longer than promised. I've been waiting for the last package Ive returned to reach them for 17 days now.
Their prices are quite affordable but quality of most of these clothes is straight up garbage. Several times received clothes with holes and torn parts. The way they display and advertise prices is shady. Making it look like item is always on like 80% off sale.
And they leak buyer's data to actual scammers. I received scam messages on my phone several times after ordering from Factcool. Pretending to be delivery service and asking for payment.

Disorganizzati per il reso che è interamente a carico del cliente con tariffa intera e obbligatoriamente con BRT. Si parla di quasi 30€.

Factcool è diventato il mio sito preferito,hanno dei vestiti bellissimi e prezzi molto convenienti. Il servizio cliente è ottimo, quando chiami sempre ti aiutano. Soprattutto hanno anche la possibilità di pagare alla consegna. Siete on top.

Muy mal! No compres nada !!! He devuelto un vestido y Cada vez que me pongo en contacto con ellos me dicen que el paquete tiene que llegar a Eslovaquia antes que pueden empezar con la devolución. Llevo un mes esperando la devolución y ningún información de parte de Factcool.
