Slow delivery. Waited nearly 15 days. The sizes does not match.The delivery for returning is on the custmer. Ordered coat L for it was too small and the delivery was not free. Ordered XL again too small. Almost no difference. Wasted money on delivery.

Slow processing, even slower delivery. I waited 2 weeks for them to ship the package, only to be told they didn't have one item. Instead of immediately sending what they have, I waited a few more days for them to pack and ship the package. Make it make sense. To summarize, the package arrived in over a month. Avoid if you need something within a reasonable time frame.

A complete nightmare! Do not order from this site under any circumstances! Cheap Chinese goods at triple prices! I ordered a jacket, it looked very good in the pictures! The same arrived, but nothing to do with the specified measurements - short and very wide, like for two people! Not to mention that the site said free shipping - a LIE!!! I paid 4.50! Free shipping is also a LIE - I paid 5.00 for return! And they still haven't refunded my money! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, DO NOT PAY ANYTHING WITHOUT SEEING AND MEASURING IT!!! You will waste your time and money!

After all of these negative comments I was so worried that I will be in trouble with this purchase but I was so wrong! I didn’t read the reviews before I put the order so I prepaid with my credit card 334€ for 2 RIP CURL luggages and then I read the comments and I was so disappointed… BUT.. today I got them! They are exactly what I was looking for, so I am so happy that everything worked out perfect! Thank you!

Jako loša stranica. Stalno pada i ne mogu pogledati što želim. Također kod nekih haljina nema informacijama o materijalu. Materijal koji je naveden na stranicama kod pojedinih haljina nije identičan deklaraciji na haljini. Upitni materijali, loše i nepravilno šivano.

Terrible costumer service.

the products i got are what i ordered, I had them in 10 days, people seem to be ordering with their eyes closed cause all the stuff they complain about are information available on the website. the email i sent was answered in less than an hour, quick service.

So, I ordered from them twice and both experiences were same. It is clear that they get their items shipped from somewhere else but then why do they have warehouses inside countries they operate at and claim stuff and shipment comes from there. So I ordered it took few days to they "pack and secure package for delivery" and then it took 3 days to package get picked up for delivery and I paid for express shipping which should make package arrive within few days. It took 10 days to package even arrive to post office to be picked up by and expressed delivered next day. Plus they add bunch of of fees to pay for like securing package or preping package.

Über Kaufland eine Hemd bestellt und nicht erhalten! Verkäufer reagiert auch nicht auf Anfragen obwohl Kaufland schon mit eingeschaltet ist. Stellt auch keine Sendungsverfolgung bereit oder sonstiges! Also lieber Finger weg!

Never ever buy from this website (from any country they are .it ; .si ; .ro... At the end you just won't receive neither you order neither your money back. I sent them more than 20 emails and they answer me like they had damage in their brain. Just save your money. You can order same things from other websites!

Dostava se čeka oko mjesec dana. O kvaliteti narudžbe ne mogu govoriti jer roba još nije stigla. Olakšajte sebi život i kupujte negdje drugdje.

I ordered 100% cotton pants. Sadly, this was a lie. What I received is the same pants but the fabric is definitely polyester.

When I contacted customer service about the delay of my order, I was met with unhelpful responses and excessive waiting times. The lack of efficiency and professionalism shown by the staff was very disappointing. After enduring long delays and not receiving a satisfactory resolution, I made the decision to cancel my order.

Finger Weg!!!

Rücksendung möglich, Erstattung leider nicht. Warte seit Wochen und es kommen nur automatisierte E-Mails, dass der Auftrag bearbeitet wird, der Rücksendeeingang geprüft wird. Gott sei dank Sendungsverfolgung und Nachweis bezahlt. Ware ist seit Wochen zurück und auch eingegangen.
Factcool nie wieder!!! Absolut mangelhaft!!

It takes a lot to get your package delivered!
I ordered some clothes on 19th February and they arrived on 4th march.
In their first email they said it would take from 6 to 8 days, but I had to send them emails after a few days to know the situation of the order...after some days they replied, saying that it would take 11 days till the package is delivered...
So, slow delivery, bad customer services...
I will not order again anything from them!

Terrible costumer service.
The goods I ordered were very bad quality so I returned them the next day. They’ve recieved (according to the post service) my returned goods more than a month ago but I still haven’t rcieved my money back.

You need to wait 3-5 days till they collect and send the goods, so it means they dont have goods in their warehouse, but they dropship. And they even add additional charge for "fast shipment" - what ****in fast if it is 3 days and the goods are still not sent out? Scammer company.

È la seconda recensione negativa che invio. Il pacco non è mai arrivato nonostante abbiano inviato email di consegna. In risposta a questa recensione mi rispondono che mi hanno inviato una email in cui devo inviare i miei dati Questa mail non è mai arrivata. Oppure mi danno un indirizzo email che però mi rimanda alla loro chat assistant che non serve a niente perché la voce mancata consegna non e contemplata
