Update: They refunded me!

I am waiting for the refund for about 3 weeks. If paid in advance they will not refund in a decent time. I canceled a product that was not in their stock, after 3 weeks, then I expected for the order to be delivered since the rest of the products were in stock. But no, after another 3 days the products were not sent to me. I canceled the order and as I said I am still waiting for the refund. I still hope they will send the money back.

I do not recommend this online store. No shipping for purchased items and no refund.

I placed an order which they claimed was shipped in three separate packages. I received only two of them. The third package, which was supposed to contain two jackets and underwear, never arrived.

Despite this, they insisted that the package was delivered, which is completely untrue. I never received it, and they refused to refund my money.

Do not make the mistake of shopping from this store. Very disappointing and dishonest experience.

O experiență oribila. După ce am așteptat 1 luna să trimită produsele, le-au livrat la alta adresa. Eu am achitat și costul transportului. Sunt curioasa daca îmi returnează banii. Am făcut sesizare la ANPC și ECC. Firma este din Slovacia, is aici te păcălesc spunând că sunt din Romania

I've placed and payed an item, and it passed a very long period of time, and have no info about it. It's been like a month

I placed an order with Factcool, and I experienced long delays. I have not received a clear delivery date or concrete information about when my product will be sent because of the delay. They didn’t even check again when they would get the item at the store. Communication from customer support has not provided helpful updates, which made the experience very frustrating.

Promotion lies - "20% only until midnight" - but you'll find it also next week. But main thing is that I ordered some shoes (Dec 8) ,received a message that product is still in transit after 7 days, only to receive at the end (Dec 17) the message ("something happened") that the product was sold already and I will receive money back. Still waiting for money 3 days after message.

Merchandise is low quality, all madenin Turkey. The shirt is like paper, would not buy again.

Factcool Croatia are thieves or incompetent or both. I ordered goods for 75 euros and paid, they were not able to deliver and they want to return the amount of 8 euros, which is 10.6% of the amount paid. Don't buy from those morons.

This states you benefit of an extra discount of 70% from the selected stock products, however, it is not specified the store will choose the products they discount. It practically states you can select products from the stock and they are discounted. After reaching the cart, it says the coupon is not available or expired.

I received a product that, although it was white on the website, it was actually cream, I returned it the same day, and even after a month I didn't get my money back. It's not worth the effort, order from other online sites!

I waited for the shoes for 3 weeks, I was lied to via email twice that the package would be sent soon, and finally the order was canceled.

Terrible Experience with This Online Store – Avoid at All Costs!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this online store. The product I ordered arrived late, and when it finally did, it was nothing like what was advertised. The quality was terrible, completely different from the pictures on their website.

To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent. I tried contacting them multiple times about a refund or exchange, but they either ignored my messages or gave me vague, unhelpful responses. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers once they’ve taken your money.

Shipping was also a nightmare – they took way longer than promised, and I wasn’t even provided with proper tracking information. I would strongly advise against buying from this store unless you want to waste your money and time.

I didn't get money back for over month. I'm not sure that they even sell real clothes.

Very cheap quality yet the prices are inadequate high. I would not recommend shopping at Factcool.

I am generally very patient and understanding when it comes to support, and rarely if ever leave negative reviews. However, this was the worse experience i have had by far whilst purchasing from a web shop and I must write it :)
I had made a quite large order which was predicted to be delivered max in 11-16 working days. 18-19 working days past, the order still hadnt been sent, let alone delivered, and as I would travel abroad, I contacted the support and asked them to send the order after my return, since it was delayed anyway and because i didnt want to cancel it.
They assured me this would be taken care of. What happened next : the order was sent nonetheless in my absence due to a mixup as they called it at the warehouse.
Fair enough, these things happen. However the response of 'perhaps there is someone that can pick it up in your absence' I was given is ridiculous. I return from my trip, the order is in process of getting returned by the courrier company, so too late for me to pick it up : I send another email to the support, kindly asking for them to send it again, as I still didnt want to cancel it. No response at all for 4 days. Then today, I get an automated message that the order got cancelled. Need I say more ?
