Fatal. Llevo más de 20 días esperado el pedido cuando ponía que llegaba en 3-4 días. Responden al correo dando largas ni vuelven a ponerse en contacto contigo.
UNA VERGÜENZA.

En la foto ves ropa bonita pero cuando te viene era i cálida mala. Para devolver reembolso tarda más de un mes. Te pone cada vez excusa que no chego almacén. Nunca más volveré comprar

La mail di conferma spedizione mi è arrivata la mattina dopo aver fatto l'acquisto. Ho acquistato la sera prima.
Azienda seria e vera. Non capisco il perché delle lamentela di queste persone che parlano male di qualità o altro. I prezzi sono molto bassi e la qualità è quella che oramai si trova in giro per tutti i negozi. Se qualcuno vuole altro sa dove andare a cercare altro. I miei capi sono perfetti ordinati puliti stirati e sono molto belli da vedere anche addosso. Farò altri acquisti e non vedo l'ora. Bravi ragazzi di factcool.

Ho ordinato un paio di vestiti. Visto che non mi andavano bene volevo fare il reso. Sono una straniera quindi non riuscivo ad ordinare il corriere perche l codice fiscale non funzionava. Ho chiesto aiuto a factcool e ho ricevuto il link per la pagina di spedizione. Non ho controllato bene quale corriere, perche credevo che il link che mi hanno dato loro sia giusto. Allora ho pagato per spedizione quale e stata rifiutata perche non era il corriere BRT. Ho scritto a loro per spiegazione e ho sentito che colpa nostra e non importa che ho usato proprio il link che mi hanno mandato loro. Incredibile

First I have waited too long to recieve the order, than got it, and it was no good, have returned it, today it has past 18 days and they (in Slovakia still have not recieved it (first you send it to local warehouse where it came in a day, and they need to send it to Slovakia). I have asked what is the waiting time, answer was between 2 and 3 weeks, which has past...I live in Croatia, not Australia for travelling almost 3 weeks now

I was worried about the quality when I saw so many negative comments here. But after I received all of them, I m surprised! The designs are exactly like the photos.decent quality Size is true! Fit me perfectly! I will buy from them again. Indeed the shipping wasn’t the fastest, but their website clearly said the waiting time of the items don’t have stock. If you want have them quickly, just purchase the ones already in stock.

Compra una chaqueta y nada que ver con la descripción. La devuelvo y tras dos semanas aún no me devuelven el dinero. Contactar por email es imposible, por chat te contesta una máquina y por privado de instagram no hacen ni caso. Recomiendo prudencia al comorar en factcool porque a mi me parece una pagina que se queda el producto devuelto y el dinero del cliente.

reading the reviews here I was thinking about this site being a scam but I ordered a Dragon Ball Son Gohan T Shirt and it came in like 4 days and I paid with credit card before the shipping. The print is really good and the material is cotton, very nice. I’d recommend them and I’ll buy again next time for sure!

Fatal!! Lo.peor! La.ropa de mala calidad y después de realizar dicha devolución haciéndome pagar 15€ ya que no se hacen cargo de los gastos..han pasado.20 días y aun no me han reembolsado nada ya que dicen que el.paquete tiene que llegar a Eslovaquia!!!

Unfortunately the package I ordered from this site never came. I tried to contact Factcool about it, but their customer service agent does not understand enough Croatian or English to have a proper conversation and generally repeats same vague answears over and over 😓

Ordered before a month and a half. Stuff is not here and they dont want to make a refund. I contacted them and they replied only once and were passive agressive, also they are ignoring my mails for like 2-3 weeks now. Spamming my email too with auto generated mails like; we are working on your order, and they are sending that every day at 4:20am and not only one mail, they are sending 3 mails at the same time. EVERY F DAY....... disgusting bs.
