Superb Service

Although there was a delay with my purchase due to not having stock etc I am more than happy as the communication was excellent throughout. Purchased a designer pair of glasses at a very good price compared to most opticians. I’ll definitely be back for another pair in a years time.

Would not recommend not only did it take nearly a month to arrive with me having to call the company every day for the past week to find out where my glasses where but they are also not the authentic lenses with the ray-ban logo. I have gotten quotes from other eyewear companies such as David Clulow that sell the exact same prescription glasses for a very similar price yet have the authentic logo. When I asked an employee at eyewear brand about the lack of information on their website regarding logo as the picture of the glasses clearly show logo he said 'Steve' yes it is misleading.

If you do your research I assure you that you will find the same frame and lenses elsewhere for a similar price but with the authentic logo ---> without the logo why pay £200 when you can buy a cheap pair of prescription aviators for £60. Without the logo, no one knows it is a pair of ray ban sunglasses. You pay for the brand without it I frankly do not understand why it is worth £200.

We are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with the product and the customer service you received.

The Ray-Ban 3025 frames you had selected are part of our sunglasses range, when ordering the sunglasses without prescription they would arrive with the Ray-Ban logo lenses as shown on the website. As you had requested prescription lenses, the branded lenses were removed and tinted prescription lenses were inserted into the chosen Ray-Ban frame.

I do sincerely apologise that this was not made clear when ordering and have passed your feedback on to our Production Team to ensure this is made clearer on our website.

Further to this, I am sorry for the delay caused and the time taken to get the order to you. The lenses had failed quality control however still should not have taken as long as it had for dispatch, this complaint has been passed back to our laboratory. I can see from viewing the account that we have since processed a refund of 25% of the total amount paid as an apology for the inconvenience caused, it is noted on the account that you wish to return for a full refund. Once received, we can action this as requested and will notify you via email once the remaining refund amount is processed.

Again please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

We are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with the customer service you received.

Sadly we can see your order was stuck in our system due to the date of the prescription being undefined, however we can see this was not brought to our attention straight away. Please accept our apologies this caused the delay for your order and you was not advised of this straight away. We will be passing this on as feedback.

We can see as soon as the date of the sight test was confirmed, one of our customer service advisors marked the order as urgent and this was dispatched out the following day for you.

To apologise for this matter and the slow service you received initally we have issued a goodwill gesture refund back to your card on file. Please allow 2-5 working days for the money to show back in your account.

First time buyer

This is the first time I have used eyewear and it was so easy. Excellent choice of frames and lenses to suit all. Great communication to let you know when your glasses would arrive. Glasses fit well and are great value for money. Will defo be using in the future.
