A calm environment. Friendly staff. Able to talk through what they notice in a meaningful way. Speedy results, too. Provided everything we needed, perfectly.

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. The sonographer was thorough and explained everything clearly. The clinic was clean, well-organised, and I felt well looked after. Highly recommended.

I was really impressed. I was able to book for a same day scan. The staff were fantastic and really friendly, welcoming, reassuring and helpful. The location was very convenient with really easy parking and the scan centre was nice inside. I was so pleased to get a scan so quickly and I’m very pleased this is now available at Bluewater. I would 100% recommend to anyone and will definitely use again should I need to.

Excellent service local to us. Couldn’t wait 4-6 weeks for NHS so on advice of chiropractor we booked an MRI scan for the following day, they can do same day scans but we didn’t book until gone 6pm so had to go for the following morning at 8:30am. What a great service. Scan done and report landed in my inbox the very same day. You cannot get better service. We are now able to move forward and get my husband the correct treatment he needs as a result of having the scan. All staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. If I ever need a scan in the future I will definitely use My scan hub. 10/10 from us. Reasonably priced for a private service.

Made an appointment with Myscanhub-Bluewater for an ultrasound. I arrived ten minutes before my appointment and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and was called through to see the doctor very quickly. The scan went very well and the doctor was easy to talk to and talked me through all of the procedures.Also received my results on the same day. Would recommend.

The experience was excellent.So much help from all of the staff from start to finish. They put you at ease.
The Doctor made you feel so calm and explained everything.But I must mention the young lady who
dealt with the paper work Victory being of an elderly
age I got confused , but she was terrific and smiled
all the way.

As soon as I arrived I was made to feel calm as I waited for the scan. The ladies who did the scan were very professional and I got the results quickly.
