Glasses are brown not grey

Cutomer service is excellent. Colour of the glasses is confusing, they are actually brown not grey as stated on website. Although the picture of the glasses on the website shows them as light brown, however I am keeping them as they are truly lovely. Maybe it will be a good idea to update this product on the website with a more close to colour photo.

Haven’t received glasses UPS have incorrectly sorted parcel what ever that means!!

First class service and product

First class service and product! Great experience from start to finish, kept informed of progress along the way. Had a very helpful conversation with the optician there who talked me through my new glasses, the lenses I’d chosen and advice on how to adapt to varifocals. Would definitely recommend and will be back in the future.

Perfect!

Ordered prescription glasses on the 25th January and arrived on the 1st February! Great service and the prices are amazing!

I ordered 1 pair of glasses on the 18/12/19 and still haven't even received and email saying its been shipped.
