Even though there was a slight error first time, the speed and ease with which I made the order, received the product, returned it and then had my perfectly corrected glasses back was commendable. Add that to the fact I saved hundreds of pounds compared to what I was quoted on the high street for the same product and to the same specifications and I cannot fault them. This is the only way to buy glasses now in my opinion!

It's has been 4 weeks and I still haven't received my glasses! This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! I haven't heard anything from them to offer me an explanation and I am still waiting for a response to my email. This is horrendous service when you have spent so much money and put your trust in a company. This is the second time I have used this company and the first time they messed up my order by giving me the wrong prescription and so had to send them back to be amended, but I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and use them again for my next pair of glasses only to experience this! I am not happy and will not be using this company again even though their prices are competitive. I'd rather pay more to actually receive the goods let alone the right goods.

Glasses arrived undamaged in a reasonable timescale. They are as ordered with no issues. Great efficient service.
