You are nearing the end of the 30 day returns period however if the glasses are unworn and you can return them to us as soon as possible we would be happy to extend this for you.

Faulty glasses
Brought Rayban sunglasses and they arrived with incorrect prescription, and I was a little displeased to find the logo is not on the lenses like normal ray bans. I understand why but it is not advertised like this and is misleading. I am waiting to receive the glasses back with hopefully the right prescription in. No mention of a partial refund yet for their mistake, hopefully this will come soon and an urgent turnaround for the new glasses after waiting 2 weeks for the first pair.

I do apologise that the lenses were not as expected, when non prescription orders are placed the glasses would arrive with lenses with Ray-Ban engraved on, however when requesting prescription glasses these are removed to fit the prescription lenses. We do value your feedback and I have passed this on to our Marketing and Production teams to be made clearer on the website.
Having viewed the account I can see you have been in contact with one of our customer service advisors today who is helping to resolve the issues with your returned order. In the meantime, I have processed a 10% goodwill refund for the inconvenience caused. This should show in your PayPal account within 1-2 working days.
