The prescription sunglasses were really good, good quality and correct. This is the third pair our family has had from Eye Wear Brands.
The reason I have only given four stars is because my order was delivered to a shop, which I had to find out from UPS where it was, instead of my address as was expected.

Had to return item for correction
I’ve had to return the glasses as the arm was bent out of place from the case being squashed in a box. There was a discrepancy with the lens prescription that I had thought had been resolved pre order, however the prescription was not right when delivered to me.
Side note - customer service team were really helpful and have responded quickly when I have phoned, but not email.

In regards to the discrepancy with the prescription we are sorry to hear this was not corrected for you. We can see you called in and confirmed your prescription over the phone and this was updated on the order, so this is something we will need to inspect upon return and advise you further.

Not the usual efficiency
Having waited for the best part of 2 weeks, the glasses delivered looked great and the main problem was I couldn’t see out of them. Returning for a refund as I cannot wait another two weeks for replacement

First time customer with online experience
I’ve used on line reglazing services but never purchased a new frame and had it Reglazed with an online company. I knew I wanted some black Persol frames and found a pair that I liked. Getting the measurements for varifocals was surprisingly easy and I’m very happy with the finished product. Highly recommended.
