It was a great visit to the Muir Woods. The guide was good, the drive was good too. We would have prefered more Time one the woods instead of visiting an hour Sausalito.

I did the 1 day Yosemite tour with guides Scott and Randall. My second tour with Extranomincal, I was lucky to spend two days in a row with Randall. I was surprised how much we fit into one day. The park was amazing, an opportunity you don’t want to miss!

Randall was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful and safe. His insights increased my knowledge about the wine industry and the Napa and Sonoma regions. I thoroughly enjoyed our tour and visit.

Alberto was a great tour guide . We booked the San Francisco : Muir Woods, Napa Valley & Sonoma Valley Wine tour . Enjoyed the actual tour through the woods and the wineries . We also booked lunch as part of the tour at The Plaza bistro . The actual lunch looks nothing like the pictures . We DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING here as part of tour . The cheese platter was one strawberry with some grapes and some cubes of hard cheeses. The Caesar salad was a far cry from a proper Caesar’s salad consisting of only leaves and few croutons, the soup was watered down with some carrots and beans and pasta that seems like it came from a can . Upon looking at the actual restaurant menu, we could not find the dishes that were actually served to us . Other than the extremely disappointing lunch that came with the tour , the rest of the tour especially with Alberto was really good .

Un immense merci à Randall et Scott, nos guides du jour, pour leur professionnalisme, leur gentillesse et leur dynamisme tout au long de cette aventure vers Yosemite. Gérer un groupe de près de 40 personnes n’est pas une mince affaire, et pourtant, ils l’ont fait avec brio, le sourire aux lèvres, une organisation impeccable et une belle dose d’humour.

Mention spéciale pour leur réactivité exemplaire lorsqu’un souci de climatisation est survenu : en quelques minutes à peine, un minibus de remplacement était déjà en route. Ce sens du service nous a permis de poursuivre la journée dans un confort total, sans stress ni retard.

Le rythme du tour était parfaitement équilibré, les explications passionnantes, et la beauté des paysages sublimée par la bienveillance de nos guides.

Je recommande cette excursion les yeux fermés : une escapade magique au cœur de la nature, encadrée par des professionnels investis et attentionnés.

Managing a group of nearly 40 people is no small feat, yet they did it with ease, good humor, and an eye for detail that made everyone feel taken care of. Their responsiveness was especially impressive — when the air conditioning had an issue, they quickly arranged for a replacement minibus, allowing us to continue our tour in full comfort, without delay.

The itinerary was perfectly paced, the commentary engaging, and the entire experience elevated by the warm presence of our guides.

I highly recommend this tour — a magical escape into nature, led by professionals who truly care. 🌲✨

My wife and I went on the Yosemite tour and let me tell you, this tour is not for the faint of heart or weak of body. Your day will start around 5 am and end after 9 pm. If you go into it expecting that, you will have a great time. Our tour guides, Scott and Randall, made this tour a 5 star experience. Battling through A/C and microphone issues, these two powered through using duct tape and bubble gum to ensure we had the experience of a lifetime. The only disappointment you'll have on this trip is taking a look at the pictures you take and knowing that your camera didn't adequately capture the beauty of Yosemite. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone. When you book it, cross your fingers and hope you have Scott or Randall. They will ensure you have an experience you'll never forget.

Staff were excellent. My only gripe is that I was booked into Cedar Lodge. No problems with the hotel. Just that no one explained to me, when booking from overseas, that it was an hour from the park and using yarts cost me half a day just getting to and fro.
Had I known I would have opted for a Lodge in the village.

Everything was perfectly planned and well executed. The guides were also very friendly.

Great tour and highly recommend! Randall was the best! He was so knowledgeable about all the stops which provided much insight to prepare us for each location. Would suggest this tour to hits several popular sites in one day! Additionally, the VIP lunch is worth it!

This was an excellent trip from start to finish. Picked up from hotel, appropriate food/restroom stops on route, amazing views and sequoia hike. Would highly recommend this tour and company. Communication before the trip was excellent, they even messaged to say they were running 5 minutes late for pick up. Biggest compliment however has to be to our tour guide Brian - he was extremely knowledgeable and looked after us so well, with some good laughs along the way. He drove and parked the bus at each stop with great skill and we felt in good hands! Clearly very experienced and really gave us a great day to remember.

Randall was awesome! Really fun person to spend the day with. His information about wine was excellent and he prepared us for all of our wine tastings, helping us experience them to the fullest. His knowledge about San Francisco was also really helpful and extensive. Finally he is a really safe and confident driver which put me at ease!

The experience with Randall felt personalized and intentional even with a larger group( He even made sure to drop us off exactly where we needed!) Would definitely come back on a tour with extranomical and would ask for Randall!

This tour was wonderful! Our tour guide, Randall, made the whole day really special. He was kind, informative, and really knowledgeable about wine, SF, and the Sonoma and Napa Valley. He kept us on time without ever making us feel rushed. I would definitely book another tour with Randall and recommend this place to visitors.

Sharon Disney was brilliant. She was friendly and approachable. The added walk to the waterfall was really appreciated. Plenty of time at each stop. We were very grateful for the ice cold water supplied. Especially for the sequoia walk!

Randall was very knowledgeable about wine. Tour was a fast pace but glad to see it all within a day. Slightly delayed start which gave less time at Miur Woods (under an hour).
