Le service client est très réactif
Le service client est très réactif afin de régler tous les problèmes de paiements en attente ou autre autre probleme. J'ai récemment eut un soucis de paiement en attente qui a durer 48h(bug technique je suppose) mais après avoir contacter le service client, le probleme a ete résolu durant les minutes qui suivent

Un paiement bloqué en attente sans explication, c'est précisément ce qui inquiète le plus, et vous ne devriez pas avoir à contacter le service client simplement pour savoir où se trouve votre argent. Nous travaillons à vous prévenir automatiquement de la raison et du délai au moment où un paiement est mis en attente.

J'ai rencontré un soucis dernièrement, l'argent que je voulais recharger dans mon compte à été débité de mon compte mobile sans que mon compte eversend ne soit crédité. J'ai dû attendre une journée et demie pour que l'argent vienne finalement dans mon compte eversend, mais en dehors de cela, j'apprécie beaucoup eversend. Merci !

Être débité sur le mobile sans voir son compte Eversend crédité, c'est exactement le genre de situation qui inquiète, et une journée et demie d'attente c'est trop long. Le délai vient en général de la confirmation du partenaire de paiement, mais cela ne nous dispense pas de vous dire où se trouve l'argent pendant ce temps. C'est ce que nous sommes en train de corriger.

Scam company stay away from them.
Beware of this scam company. I request a refund from fiverr on the 21st of last month but the payment has not arrived on my account yet. I tried contacting them but they saying they haven’t received the refund from fiverr on which they have. As things stand now they are not longer responding to my messages. I have made it clear that if they don’t want to refund the money to me let them let me know rather than me wasting my time on them. I can’t believe a refund on a card could last more than a month and counting.
