Fraudulent services, I have sent money from my card, but the recipient never received the amount however the money has been detected from my card, I have contact with the support team, but they never solve the problem and also did not give the answer

Thanks Kaycee, and the point about attaching images is a good one. Sending a receipt as a screenshot is often the fastest way to explain a problem, and making people describe it in words instead slows everyone down. I'll pass it to the team.
