I created a Visa card with this app and added funds to it. As soon as I added this card to Google Play to pay for a subscription, the money disappeared, supposedly for payments to Telegram and Konami. I have never subscribed to these two apps. I reported this to Eversend's customer service, and they have provided no response to this issue for over a month. I've also seen several customers complain about their money disappearing on this application. There are plenty of reviews on the app's Google Play Store page. Beware.

Hello guys, just to warn you up, this is a scam. Don't use this, don't deposit money. I just deposited yesterday. I started to use my account yesterday, deposited 100 euros. 100 euros never appeared to my account. I go to the chat to speak with an agent. The answers is copy-paste: We are reviewing, you are reviewing, we are reviewing. Sent three emails, no answer at all. So guys be careful. This sounds like a scam. Thank you.

Money will leave your mobile money account but will never appear in their app. They will tell you they are working on fixing it but nothing will change. It's been over 10 days for me and I was late on my Starlink Payment because of them; they no longer reply to my messages. Avoid this app if you Value Time and Efficiency.

I downloaded the EVERSEND app, funded it through MOMO and sent someone in the USA money on August 19, 2026.

PROBLEM 1
She encountered problem after problem after problem even after Eversend customer support attempted to help her retrieve the money!!

PROBLEM 2
She could never retrieve the money so she revoked the payment.
PROBLEM 3
She had the payment I sent her returned to sender, which is me, around September ending or October.

PROBLEM 4
Since the payment was returned to me I have attempted to retrieve the money by sending it into my mobile money account, which I receive an error message to approve payment it in the moment app, each time.
PROBLEM 5
The problem is there is never a pop-up to approve the payment to go into my MOMO account!!

PROBLEM 6
I was instructed to delete the app and reinstall it and the result is the same.

PROBLEM 7 AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT
Customer service is slow to respond... The live chat customer service takes them 1 day or 2 days to finally get back to you and you never see their response and once you finally see their response they have closed the ticket!!

PROBLEM 8
These people are not interested in resolving the issues, their main concern is only to "close the ticket."

PROBLEM 9
The list of transactions on the account through the app are continually updated and does not reflect the TRUE OR CORRECT dates you made the various transactions.

Not seen a legit scam like Eversend. They have the weakest customer service in this generation. None of the agents I landed on was able to answer my question from October 9th to 12th but they all rather went mute on me. I can never look at it again and I'll unconditionally advise anyone I know to avoid it.

Wow what an awesome app to send money anywhere.

I received my payout to my virtual bank account from Shopify and it has been over a month now, I was talking to someone called Ambrose and he asked for some documents to show my transaction histories which I sent over, he stopped responding to me, it’s been over a month now. He’s online and when I text he ignored my messages, I just need someone who can help follow this up for me because I feel like they are trying to take my funds.

Eversend app is a scam app, I paid inn #61,000 through them and bought Virtua dollar card to my surprised I was log out of the site and I could not have access to my fund $42 VIRTUA CARD and again, this is the second time they are doing this to me. No body to contact. Big Scam site Keep off

I sent money from my account to eversend so i could fund my card and its been hours, and it still shows as pending, customer support responded once and stopped responding, you can’t chat them on the app as that functionality doesn’t work

I made a transfer and it didn't reflect on my account,it took 3 days to get someone to respond,even after the response all they told me was that they were monitoring the situation and were eager to close

I am extremely disappointed with Eversend’s handling of my NGN 5,932,781.96 transaction.

Eversend gave me different explanations about the same funds. I was first told that the transaction had already been refunded. Later, I was told that the compliance team still had to reverse it. I was then told that their processor had been notified and that the reversal was done.

Despite these statements, I have still not received any official refund/reversal confirmation, reversal reference, transaction reference, or proof showing where the funds were returned.

I am not asking for another generic response. I need traceable proof of the reversal, including the reversal/reference number, date, amount, destination of the returned funds, and any bank/processor reference that MoneyGram or the receiving bank can use to trace the funds.

I hope Eversend will investigate this properly and provide a clear, verifiable resolution.

The Customer Support is the very definition of WORST.
With their nonchalant attitude in resolving clients/users issue.
I will not recommend any one to use the app

As I type this review, my issue has not been resolved. Last time I used the app was 2023. I can’t remember my password or pin. Now I’m unable to log in despite clicking forgot password and forgot pin; they haven’t sent me a reset email. It’s not in my junk folder it’s been about 5days and none of their staff can understand my simple request via email. They keep telling me to log in. I have said that’s impossible because Eversend isn’t sending me a reset email to my inbox. They keep recycling their responses. I’ve never experienced customer service that’s quite dense and doesn’t understand simple issues and to assign the problem to the right department.
