They are by far the worst fintech app I’ve ever used and I don’t say this lightly, delayed withdrawals, hidden fees every where, terrible customer service and even delayed deposit I’m writing this out of frustration cause I’m fed up with them

Chipper cash are scammers. Very big scammers. In whatever you do please stay away from chipper cash. I transferred 1300$ to my account and till now it hasn’t reflected in there platform for over 3 weeks now. I’ve contacted their support and every time they keep transferring me from one support team to another. Please stay away from them at all cost. They’re scammers. And they keep deducting money from my account telling me it’s charges. Run from chipper cash.

Scam App, don't ever do business or put in your money because you will never get it back. Bad customer service because they never respond for weeks into month and gives you ai auto response. Have not been able to access my money for months now and I couldn't transact because it keeps giving error messages for months now and my money is trapped. So sad and very fraudulent vibes....

THIS APP IS 100% FRAUDULENT, NOTHING WORKS, you can’t make payment or buy airtime, it’s just there for show, they still go around advertising their dollar card, once you put money into the Wallet it is GONE. Everyone need to MASS report them to play store and App Store.

Chipper Cash are just a bunch of scammers, I am starting a case against them. They need to be kicked out of Nigeria, they are scamming thousands of people daily and nothing is being done about it. Anybody that ignores all these signs will see wonders in the hands of chipper cash. They start debiting you for no reason the moment you add funds to your account...I am sure they are redy to empty your entire balance if you don't find a way to spend your money before they see the end of it and worst thing i there is no explanations for these debits. My money is presently stuck and I can't even withdraw, omoh I dey regret my life like this but I go make sure say themself go feel am.

Deposits are surprisingly quick—probably because Chipper is very fast at taking our money. But when it comes to sending or reflecting transactions, suddenly everything becomes painfully slow. The fees are already high, yet the service is unreliable, delays are unacceptable, and customer support rarely responds. This is not the level of service expected from a financial platform.

We users haven't been able to withdraw for the past 3 Months they just illegally withholding our money from us and even going as far as deducting money from Us when we don't have access to our Money I reapeat this App is scam they are thieves don't download this app you would regret they not reliable I've reported this issue to the CBN for investigation into chipper Cash

I wish I saw these reviews before putting in money to this app. 35k deducted immediately for "lien". I opened an account 2 years ago and never used it. I did not have a usd account. What would make them deduct 35k for 2 years of no activity ?!!!

Now I want to withdraw the rest of the money, no way. For the last several days, error after error. You can't get human support. This is a criminal app and I will follow up this case to the end no matter what!

Chipper cash is a big scam app, I deposited money, because I wanted to pay for something with their app, but their stupid card did not work, after charging me $5 for the card.
