Did a transaction, money left my mobile money account and was not credited into my ever send account. Opened a support ticket and no one cares to respond. Looks like i have lost that money and what ever i will never use eversend again.

I use an Eversend virtual card, and recently a merchant canceled our transaction and issued a refund to my card ending in 6531. While the refund is showing in my transaction history, the funds have yet to land in my available balance. I have reached out to Eversend customer support to get an update on when my money will be released, but they have completely ignored my messages. It is incredibly frustrating to have my money stuck in limbo with zero communication. I need my balance updated and a response from support immediately.

Was using eversend without a problem until 31st August 2026, the way the customer care handle issues is not encouraging us for refere people, now the close a room for chat how are will going to do with our money that hang both top up and transfer??? Have send several email no response still now.

The app has been good to use since I started. But today, my deposit is not reflecting in my account. I contacted support many times, still no answer from them. Will come back and give five stars if my concern is resolved .

It's a very useful app in my day-to-day life, as it allows me to pay my bills when my card has restrictions on certain transactions.

This Eversend now have withdrawal issues! Especially via MTN Momo their service are very poor, I think it’s becoming a scam ! If they can’t solve the withdrawal problem then they should stop trading any transaction they it should be just the option of creating card for purchase! Eversend now is Gradually becoming a scam Cooperative! Even when you message them they can’t give you a specific time when or how you will receive your money

After asking for help 7 times the customer service doesn’t respond. Slow and not solution oriented. I want my money out now! About 15k, let me send my money to my bank now.

More like neversend , if you value your money and peace of mind then AVOID at all costs . Plenty of other alternatives out there . They don't even have the courtesy to treat you with respect . You will never see your money again . Ref RA1611355708291

1-Star Review — Funds Pending and No Clear Resolution

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Eversend.

On August 17, 2026, I received a USD 1,893.15 ACH payout from my Stripe business account into my Eversend USD virtual account. Eversend initially confirmed receipt of the funds. The transaction appeared in my account as pending, with transaction reference 17536014, and Eversend subsequently requested documentation regarding the source and purpose of the payment.

I provided the requested documentation. Eversend then informed me that they were unable to process payments related to the nature of my business and subsequently suspended my virtual accounts.

I accepted their decision not to process the payment. My concern is what happened to my money afterward.

I have repeatedly contacted Eversend through live chat, support email, compliance email, and even Facebook asking one straightforward question: Will the pending funds be returned to the originating Stripe account, and when?

Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received a clear answer regarding the disposition or return of the funds. When I contacted Eversend through Facebook, I was told that an update had already been provided on my ticket, but I had not received any such update addressing the return of the funds.

I am not asking Eversend to approve the payment anymore. If the transaction is outside their risk policy, I simply want the funds returned to the originating Stripe account and a clear confirmation of the process and timeframe.

The lack of communication while USD 1,883.38 remains pending is extremely concerning.

I hope Eversend resolves this promptly and provides a clear explanation and confirmation of the return of my funds.

eversesent I appreciate you for the platform it self and the support system, at first I had difficulties between exchange to USD and funding my virtual wallet directly. The steps I got from the support system ís understanding to everyone. The app itself is swift, no money lost when sending and the fee is interesting as well. So they have my 5 rating.

They are legit, they credit almost I instantly, although their conversion rate is a little high, another thing i noticed is that I sent dollars to Nigeria Domicilary (dollar) account twice, but it didn't go through and the transaction did not show in recent transactions whilst i was debited, I had to contact customer care and the money was refunded back to my wallet. So I'll give them credit for their customer care service

I had issues of pending/ delayed transaction but it was dealt with in simple easy way. I'm still amazed by them
