They are legit
They are legit, they credit almost I instantly, although their conversion rate is a little high, another thing i noticed is that I sent dollars to Nigeria Domicilary (dollar) account twice, but it didn't go through and the transaction did not show in recent transactions whilst i was debited, I had to contact customer care and the money was refunded back to my wallet. So I'll give them credit for their customer care service

Solace, thanks for writing this the way you did, including the parts that didn't go well.
The domiciliary transfers are the bit that bothers me. Being debited while nothing appears in your transaction list is not a small glitch, and you should not have needed to contact support to get your own money back. We're looking at why those failed silently instead of failing visibly.
On the rate, we keep it as tight as we can while still covering the cost of actually moving the money, and we review it regularly. Fair criticism though.

Poor customer support and frustrating experience
My recent experience with Eversend customer care has been very frustrating. I’ve opened several tickets about a transaction issue, but each time an agent joins, asks the standard “How can we help?” question, and then disappears without actually investigating or resolving the issue.
The support feels automated rather than professional. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced this. Eversend really needs to improve its customer support and follow-up.

We found your tickets: and our support was not great. That's not how we want to run things, and both cases are being addressed with the team directly.
The good news is the money itself was never lost - your deposits arrive in the stablecoin wallet in the app (More → Stablecoin), which is why they don't show in your main balance right away. One of our agents walked you through it on your latest ticket and I believe it's sorted, but if anything still isn't right, reply on that ticket and I will make sure it is looked into.
