Ordered two double kits of waterbutts - the product itself is made of very solid and seemingly durable plastic so expecting them to last a long while, although the connectors could do with improved water-tightness.
5 stars given for the excellent customer service provided via phone when the delivery was unexpectedly split over two different days.

I had a complaint about a 4 year old water butt which was leaking. The company immediately sent me a replacement with no quibble under the 5 year guarantee.

A replacement went together easily very pleased. Only spoiler was the delivery time an lack of information

Ordered my first water butt back in September last year. All arrived fine was soon connected to the down pipe, except for a small leak from the extension hose. Replacement hose ordered and all was fine.

I've now ordered a second water butt with the associated link kit used to join the two together. Unfortunately the kit was missing. A quick email and the link kit was dispatched.

Very prompt delivery of rain water barrel. Seems very sturdy.

You were dreadful. Had I not chased you twice I would not have received the goods I ordered and paid for because you appeared, from your e mails, to just pass off the supply and delivery to couriers, who you blamed for the non deliveries. Dreadful service. Ordered and paid on 3/7/23 and last item received 26/7/23

The water butt arrived sooner than expected. Though minus a tap which should have been included.

Great water butt at very reasonable price. And really not too tricky to install.

Had a problem with a 227 water butt that began leaking in the hot weather and this was replaced under the 5 year guarantee. No quibble. No fee. Just fast eficient helpful service.

Great product. Purchased 165litre water butt. Very pleased with it. Perhaps the water tap could be extended a bit to ensure watering can will fill without having to tilt and hold it.

Ordered a water but on 20 July. Still waiting for stand to be delivered on 27 July. Very slow service

I like that the water butts are made in the UK from recycled materials.
Customer service was excellent - a broken piece was replaced immediately after a phone call answered by a very pleasant and helpful lady
