Evengreener honoured the 5 year warranty on my Magnum water butt that sprang a leak. As they have no Magnums at the moment, they provided me with 2 x 227L Harcosters c/w joining & downpipe kits. I was impressed.

Easy to order from website.

Order arrived in good time and products of excellent quality.

Have now installed one to a shed and all is working well. Easy to set up and instructions clear.

Shed is a small apex so I had chosen the small 50mm guttering so it would have been useful for the kits to offer the smaller diverter rather than just the house sized guttering as an option.

I have used both taps on one butt, so have ordered 2 more for the second.
They have now arrived so will be shortly installing the second butt to a second shed.

Great water butt with a 5 year guarantee. Unfortunately mine developed a leak after 4 years so I contacted EvenGreener and they replaced the water butt, no quibbling. Great service all round.

Nearly 4 years ago I bought a Harcostar 227L water butt from EvenGreener via Amazon. This month it developed a leak. After checking through Amazon Q&A I found that the water butt had a 5 year guarantee. I contacted EvenGreener Customer Support and just a few days after providing evidence of original purchase and the leak I received a new water butt. Very satisfied customer.

We are very happy with the Harcostar 227 litres water butt and hope it lasts for a long time. Thank you Even Greener for stocking it.

I like the two 100 litre slimline water bitts we ordered. TYhey feel solid and look as though they will be longlasting - I like the fact that they are made from recycled plastic. We used one diverter kit which was easy to fit. Directing the downpipe from the greenhouse directly into the top of the water butt was also a straightforward job - it took about 20 minutes to cut out the right size hole in the lid.
The taps are smooth operating and efficient - one of them leaked a little so I refitted with PTFE tape and it works fine now - this is the reason fro four star rather than five star.
I would definitely buy from Even Greener again.

Great bin, but the delivery company is a joke. The bin was just left on the street. There was no email informing that it was out for delivery, and no one rang the doorbell when it was delivered - it was pure luck that no one had stolen the compost bin as it was just left on the street.

Quickly resolved issue of damaged water butt!

If it rains, water collects at one corner and has seriously stretched the roof fabric. Not impressed with that as I have to push the water off after every shower.
Other than that, its easy to put up and hasnt leeked yet. If it does it will be coming back to you as unfit for purpose.

So pleased with the connecting water butts. Easy to install and connect. Full up now and so needed in the dry weather! Saving tap water and the plants prefer it!

The HotBIn arrived safely and before time well-packed and with instructions.

The delivery came on time, and the water holder seems to be stronger than the cheaper ones on the market. All in all we are very satisfied.

The product came on time and were very easy to assemble the long extension pipe was damaged but a replacement was sent to me within days these link together very well and have proved invaluable as we have a water softener installed on our water supply do plant’s don’t like the saltiness of our tap water so these water butts now provide a useful supply to water all our plants

Excellent products (four butts purchased) and even when there was a slight problem when an accessory hadn’t been included they sorted it out straight away.
Their products are going to be needed more and more in the climate crisis and I would recommend them very highly.

Very disappointing service.
Ordered twin water butts with linking system. The first butt was delivered but no sign of the second one. No response from EvenGreener (they did eventually send a very unhelpful generic response but no real help). The second arrived a week later out of the blue.
The linking system leaked badly (poor design and even poorer quality of pipe). Again no response from them upon complaining. We had to buy new bits separately in order to stem the leaks and make it work. Very annoyed that we paid for a premium product (they are much cheaper ones available) but got short thrift from the supplier.

Have ordered stuff from Evengreener before but this time the stuff never got delivered. Not sure if it was them or the courier company

Update: unpacked and fitted today. Looks good quality. Looks very nice in situ .

Ordered a replacement water butt lid on 15th July. Four days later I received an email saying it was being prepared for shipment. Tracking details didn't work at any point. About three weeks later I called and was told it was lost by the courier, they would dispatch again. Another week later - a day short of a month since placing the order - and I received a replacement compost bin door! I have asked for a full refund.

Good prices for water butts and prompt customer service when an issue arose. But their courier provider could do better. We’ve ordered water butts from EverGreener three times over the last few years and each time there was no message to say the item was out for delivery / due to be delivered. And each time the water butts and stands were just left on the doorstep. Courier didn’t even ring the doorbell (luckily we were in so spotted things a few hours later)! Same thing happened before and after the pandemic

This is the second time I have used them and will continue using them . Great company and good products
