Stopped today at Euro Garage Greatbridge near Romsey I decided to get a subway , no staff present at the counter then eventually a moody member of staff arrived like she was doing me a favour serving me , quality of the sub was poor like slop , no pride or care taken and the sub wasn’t even 6 inches long as I could see when making , I ordered a chicken nacho and was asked if I wanted nacho in it ? , really ? No sorry for me waiting no thank you in fact not even a smile Eurogarage get a grip ... !

Wow so never know such a poor unkept and damm right rude garage as the one on the A303 at popham. Staff to busy gossiping cannot even get you're order correct, no interaction with customers, uniform ha what uniform baseball caps and puffa jackets. Tried complaining but even area manager cannot be bothered to return a phone call. The garage certainly seems a place to go if all other career prospects have failed including Macdonald's lol. Poor very poor garage and staff.

Bury. Eurogarage/Spa. Manchester Road.

I have stopped using this garage, generally a very off hand attitude to customers, one man at the cash desk can’t even be bothered to say ‘Hello’ or ‘Thank you’. He obviously has a chip on his shoulder for some reason.

I blame the company, if Euro Garages were ‘real’ business people they would train their staff properly. Ignorance and rudeness to anybody is unforgivable! The business they are losing in this area must be phenomenal!!

Besides, Morrison’s Petrol Station further along Manchester Road is MUCH cheaper!!

Euro Garages, Carlisle, Wigton Road branch accepted and scanned in a return parcel for Hermes, however they then sent my parcel with Yodel, and now will not assist in retrieving my parcel from Yodel, notwithstanding my parcel is missing due to their error. Terrible customer service. Inefficient and blatant error on their behalf.
UPDATE: still no response, no responsibility taken for their error, abysmal customer service.

Unusual 'Inability To Pay' policy !!

Yesterday I was at the Petrol Station (Elstree Hill Service Station) which, I've been informed by Esso after initially complaining to them, is operated by the independent company Euro Garages.

Having already put Petrol in the tank, and whilst queuing at the till, I realized I did not have any of my payment cards with me (or enough cash) as they were in a different purse/handbag. I explained the situation to the lady at the Till but was told that they do NOT offer the customer the opportunity for the Transaction to be stored and to come back within 'n' days to pay. I was forced into a situation where I had to do a bank transfer via my Mobile Phone banking app into the employees Account so that they could then pay the Txn amount. I felt very uncomfortable doing this - is this even Legal ?? I was told if I did not do this I could be prosecuted for a 'Drive Off' - even though I obviously hadn't 'driven off' as I was at the Till explaining the situation!! I was not offered the opportunity to fill in an ‘Inability to pay Form’ (which it states on the Esso Website would have been a reasonable request). Having previously worked for Tesco I am well aware of ‘Drive Off’s and ‘Customer To Pay’ situations.
Why are Esso Garages employees having (or choosing) to resolve 'Inability to Pay' situations by asking a customer to do transfers into their Personal Accounts!!!! I’m already in the process of reporting this to WHICH as well as to my personal Bank.

One evening I was singled out (clearly profiled) and instructed to pay before fueling.
At first I thought it may be for security, no problem, except no other customer there was being issued with the same ultimatum. Why me? No explanation was given.
My intention had been to fill the tank but as I was unsure as to what the cost would be I was forced into choosing a much lower amount. Euro Garages lost out there.

I regulary 'fill the tank' at their Bury garage, fueling multiple vehicles, but no more. I shall be taking my business elsewhere alongside my associates. I definately feel like singled out and a victim.

Well.. Stopped at Rivington services for fuel and air.. After we got the fuel we went to the air machine.. There was a lady in her car on her own with flat tyres.. After trying to put air in the tyres she told us the machine was deflating the tyres.. Luckily I had my own so I started to use in on the ladies tyres.. My partner went in to tell the assistant the machine was deflating tyres and to put a not working sign on as others might go through the same thing... We basically got fobbed off and no refund.. I and my partner naturally found this disgusting.. No customer service at all..

I worked for Eurogarages for 7 months in a greggs franchise. Initially doing a 4 week training programme in a core Greggs, which was great. However, things started to go downhill VERY quickly. Staff levels were cut by over 50% Manager was always late and lazy!! Morale was low, and constant long hours. Area manager, has no clue, as does the company. As with everywhere they don't care about YOU persay, it's just about working on as little staff to make as much profit, paying on a minimum wage. The company could do a lot better by taking notice of these negative reviews by over 90% if their former employees and take note of how to manage effectively. With very few staff in my former shop, my manager was constantly doing 60hrs + we were unable to put " customers first" and struggled to do full production on most days, as we only had 2 staff ALL DAY!! Surely, not having a break is also illegal?? That said I'm out now. My advice do not work for this appalling company!!!

Dreadful. Popped into a Eurogarages services recently. They had no fuel, the shop (Spar) was really poorly stocked. You could not get any basic groceries such as bacon, sausage, Tomatoes, beans, orange squash. Just lots of bottles of fizzy pop. Very poorly laid out. Confusing where you have to pay for fuel & you can only use toilets by going through the shop. The only saving grace was a subway outlet. Very poorly thought out & does not cater well for different needs.
