Awful company. Reading the reviews on this site I am not in the slightest surprised. I have experienced how they treat their staff and when they treat their staff appallingly, bad customer service results and this is what you are seeing. A company run by accountants and all they care about is profits, avoid at all costs.

This group in the Monmouth area has been profiteering from the oil price rise. Locals know to avoid them. Their prices went up as soon as the conflict in Iran happened, greedy owners. Before they had a new delivery at the increased price. Avoid!!
Received parking fine whilst charging vehicle
I received a parking charge notice at the Aughton site for exceeding the 90-minute maximum stay while my vehicle was plugged in and actively charging. I had assumed the limit wouldn’t apply in these circumstances, particularly as it isn’t possible to fully charge most electric vehicles within 90-minutes.
Luckily, the staff on site were very helpful and were able to get the fine cancelled, acknowledging that it wasn’t fair. However, their head office have since informed me that the 90-minute limit does still apply to EV charging, as the chargers are intended only for short top-ups, not full battery replenishment.
This isn’t made clear on-site, which means customers who are simply trying to charge their vehicles can be penalised for doing so.

Eg Ulladulla people don't ever go there before Christmas I got bad fuel witch has stuffed my 2006 Holden Commodore witch was in perfect condition nothing wrong with it I took the car to the mechanic to get it fixed he did a report saying it was bad fuel from Ulladulla eg I contacted the company 4 times witch all I got back was 2 email they took no blame the today 20th of January I got a phone call after I asked them to ring me when it happened but nothing they r still taking no blame for the problem and they are not paying for my damages to my car very rude company and the manager doesn't car what happens to your car so I would not go to Ulladulla eg if U want your car working

went in to get something from greggs huyton in eg shop today and been here a few times now thestaff on greggs are chatting and no cooking happening. there was no dohnuts in boxes or sausage rolls and there was hardly anything on the shelfs no sandwiches in fridge or no warm sandwiches either . someone is losing alot of money in this shop . the boss needs to intervene and get there colleagues working.

The staff member at mernda petrol station process refund then advises the funds will be there straight away and now I have to wait processing times when calling head office. They are so unhelpful and could not care about anyone other than sending emails out but won’t help customers poor customer service.

EG chargers at the beehive site are a complete waste of time , please avoid at all cost , spoke too an engineer who was reparing one , he told me the warranty had ran out on all the chargers and EG Group don't extend them, they start charging take your money then disconnect. 3/7 days to repay you , in the meantime your money is making them money , boycot the BEEHIVE service station across from there head office in Blackburn. Issa brothers are a complete waste of time . Plus they have built 6 villas in Blackburn that all look like a morrisons supermarket building, lol lol lol , get out of town ASAP .

Watch out for VARS A.I Drive away. petrol charges i put forty pounds in the car only person around on the forcourt guy at the till watched me fill up i bought two cans of fizzy payed at till its not on my bank statment so i must have payed in cash weeks later i get a notice from v.a.r.s you stole fual pay fine £99.45 i have a look at all the v.a.r.s reviews not good in fact far from it so what happend to the money ? and you get to pay twice i will be looking out for this lot if you can pay buy card at the pump and get print of sale you just might need it i will not be back at AG for enything.

Got a parkingeye charge at Rivington…
Got a parkingeye charge at Rivington services for being 10 mins over the 2 hour limit.
I appealed to Parkingeye as I was in Starbucks having a meeting which I proved with a recept. They reduced the fine to £20 so I got in touch with EG direct who quashed the fine.
