WARNING: Invalid tickets and zero customer support
I purchased 4 tickets for The Strokes concert in Bologna (Italy) through this site, and it was a terrible mistake. Do not be fooled by the fact that you can add tickets to Google Wallet; that does not mean they are valid.The tickets provided are completely illegal according to Italian regulations:No Fiscal Seal (S.F. code): In Italy, a "Sigillo Fiscale" is mandatory by law (Law 145/2018). These tickets don't have it, which means they are invalid for entry.Verification Failed: I tried to verify the codes on the official platforms (TicketOne/Ticketmaster), and the system does not recognize them. They are likely duplicate or counterfeit files.No Support: I have emailed their support multiple times asking for a refund, but they are completely ignoring me.This is a predatory secondary ticketing site selling non-compliant tickets. Do not waste your money here, or you will be left standing outside the venue. I am now forced to start a chargeback through my bank (Revolut).STAY AWAY.
