I buy products from this site since 2020. I was always satisfied from delivery, payment, returns e.t.c. I was very disappointed from my 2 previous orders. Delays, not sending transportation number (my shoes were in the courier center from December 23rd an I took them at January 8th and that because I had to send them mails, chatting with bots for days). AND A BONUS none of these shoes fitted me! DON'T USE THEIR SIZE GUIDE, ORDER YOUR REGULAR SHOE NUMBER. I figured that the purpose is to rebuy the product you want but without the previous discount because "hey we didn"t send you the track number HO HO HO! "

3 WEEKS LATER.... STILL WAITING FOR MY SHOES TO COME

Once you pay you have to pray to receive your order. They send the order with big delays, cannot track it. I have already paid and i haven't received anything. It doesn't even seem in the couriers (ACS) tracking many days after my order. Of course, that specific courier never answer the phone or my e-mail.

I wish i had read the reviews before i ordered....
I ordered two pairs of Guess heels, obviously NOT GENUINE. The leather smells sooo bad, i cant go into the room the shoes are. Threw away my 150EUR....

Μας έφεραν δώρο ένα ζευγάρι παπούτσια που ήταν μικρά. Δεν θέλαμε επιστροφή χρημάτων αλλά αλλαγή σε νούμερο. Καθόλου εξυπηρετικοί. Τελικά δεν βγάλαμε άκρη οπότε θα τα γυρίσουμε πίσω και θα πάρουμε από άλλο κατάστημα.

When I read all these bad reviews I had already ordered a pair of shoes and I got super scared I threw my money away. Fortunately, everything went well this time. I bought a pair of vejas. It arrived in 4 days, the product seems legit, nothing wrong with my order.

One pare of adidas iniki grey were different tone each shoe. And Carl Lagerfeld sneakers just started peel of all the inner layer of the shoes. Wonder if it's really genuine shoes or just replica

They sent me 2 right shoes - someone somewhere must have 2 left ones. Then they even had the cheek to deduct 3.50 from my refund to cover postage when I returned them. They offered me a voucher discount but it only applied to full priced shoes, not sale price shoes. Hence I would have been paying a HIGHER price than the sale price on an alternative.

Είχα παραγγείλει 2 ζευγάρια παπούτσια τα οποία τελικά δεν μου έκαναν και τα ήθελα σε μικρότερο νούμερο. Τους κάλεσα για αλλαγή και με ενημέρωσαν ότι ΔΕΝ δέχονται αλλαγές. Αυτή είναι η πολιτική της εταιρίας τους και το μόνο που θα μπορούσε να συμβεί είναι επιστροφή χρημάτων και μετά να κάνω εκ νέου τη παραγγελία με το σωστό νούμερο.
ΟΜΩΣ αυτή τη φορά τα ίδια παπούτσια που πήρα με 56 ευρώ, τώρα κάνουν 110! Πάνω από τη διπλάσια τιμή!
Απίστευτο έτσι?? Ας το προσπεράσουμε αυτό!
Τους κάλεσα πάλι και μου έδωσαν 30% εκπτωτικό κουπόνι ενώ κανονικά θα έπρεπε 50%. Πάλι όμως τα χρήματα είναι αρκετά περισσότερα από την αρχική μου παραγγελία. Πείτε μου για πιο λόγο να πληρώσω περισσότερα χρήματα για να αλλάξω νούμερο στα ίδια παπούτσια!!!!! Τα ίδια!!!! Αν είναι δυνατόν!
Ξανα μιλήσαμε και μια ακόμη φορά τηλεφωνικά και αυτή τη φορά πάλι δεν άλλαξε κάτι και με ενημέρωσαν πως δυστυχώς αυτή είναι η πολιτική της εταιρίας τους.
ΠΡΩΤΗ φορά συναντάω τέτοια πολιτική! Πρώτη φορά μου συμβαίνει αυτό! Να πρέπει να πληρώσω περισσότερα χρήματα για μια αλλαγή νούμερου. Έχω κάνει τόσες ηλεκτρονικές παραγγελίας σε παπούτσια και ΚΑΜΜΙΑ φορά δεν μου συνέβη αυτό! Είμαι φοβερά δυσαρεστημένη από την εξυπηρέτηση τους και δεν πρόκειται να παραγγείλω ξανά από αυτό το κατάστημα!

They send out shoes that have been tried and worn out by other customers. Useless customer service. Ordered three times as I cant find fly london shoes easily anywhere else, and I had to return them twice for being damaged.

Παράγγειλα κάτι παπούτσια αθλητικά τα παρέλαβα στην ώρα τους το νούμερο ήταν μικρό και τα επέστρεψα μαζί με τον αριθμό λογαριασμού για την επιστροφή χρημάτων αυτό από τον Νοέμβριο από τότε μια λένε ότι ο λογαριασμός είναι λάθος και τώρα από το Δεκέμβριο ότι τα χρήματα μου έχουν μπει ενώ δεν έχει μπει τίποτα τους καλώ στο τηλέφωνο αλλά απαντάει αυτοματοποιημένο μήνυμα στέλνω email και δεν απαντάει κανεις ας μου πει κάποιος πως μπορώ να σας βρω και τι γίνεται με τα χρήματα μου

I have just received an order of a pair of winter shoes ordered from their online shop. The package was fine but it was the only positive thing !!!
The shoes I received have a default on the heel. One of the shoe's heel is not glued properly although they supposed to be waterproof ! That means that the product wasn't check before sending .... bad quality service.
Moreover I try to contact them to explain my problem ....no answer whatsoever. That is scandalous, it is nearly a robbery as they sell something in a bad state and don't reply and try to help you when you need (as long as you have already paid for it).

Μόνο και μόνο που μου τα στέλνουν με Γενική Ταχυδρομική που είναι η χειρότερη courier αφού δεν απαντάει ποτέ στα τηλέφωνα στο υποκατάστημα Ίλιον και δε ξέρω που είναι το δέμα μου κάθε φορά δε θα βάλω 5 αστέρια!

Avoid at all costs. I made a return a month ago and I had to pay 30eur for the return costs as the company does not provide pre-printed return labels. It is clearly stated on the website that "a regular post office" can be used for the returns yet Epapoutsia has refused to refund me the amount I paid for the shipping costs. In addition to this, I still have not received my refund for the item returned and they are not responding to my emails nor answering my questions.

I dont even want to give this scam company one star.
I ordered 2 pair of shoes for 291€ 8th oktober i returned them, they confirmed and i have still not recived my money the claim they returned the money the 22 th november but thats a lie!
They dont answear my emails and are trying to scam me avoid at any coast!!
Iam still trying to get my money back and its december...

I'd like to say that this website is completely unreliable. I ordered a pair of shoes which came in a wrong size and after I sent them back in October 31 they informed my that once they reviewed the product they will put the money back in our bank account which has STILL not happened. And how did they excuse this? By saying that they a refund order was given to the bank in 12/11, yet my money is still not in. I am beyond furious and I'd say that I would never recommend this website to anyone, matter of fact, I would tell people to avoid it since they are extremely unprofessional and sketchy.

Χρησιμοποίησα το live chat μέσω του messenger γιατίήθελα να ξέρω σε τι φάση βρίσκεται η παραγγελία, γιατί στο site δεν έχει track services.

Κατά δεύτερο 2 μέρες μετά το αρχικό request για τσατ το προϊόν έφτασε. Το παρέλαβα. Και το προϊόν ήταν μια χαρα
Ειναι απαράδεκτο όμως να χρειαστεί να λάβω 250+ μυνηματα ως ενημέρωση για τη σειρά εξυπηρέτησης μου. Πρέπει να βρουν ένα έλα άλλο τρόπο.. Αυτό είναι το χειρότερο παράδειγμα user expereience σε εταιρία που έχω δει.
Ενοχλιτικο, το πρόβλημα αυτό. Σοβαρό λάθος

The worst company ever! I bought a pair of shoes, I received a wrong order and I returned it the next day. It's been 18 days that I sent the package and not received my money, although their policy is 14 days and I have been assured on the phone that it takes 5-6 days. Everytime I call, I receive the same answer: the return is in process. Scammers!

Variety of products and frequent promotions. Excellent customer service support
