Typical crowded local gym
Typical crowded local gym. Some coaches are helpful, some are there just to earn some cash for their rent.
New weight plates ares absolutely terrible, hope they will get damaged soon and the club will buy the same type as before.
Showers are a joke, water is boiling hot always.
Otherwise pretty good, nice selection of equipment and 24h operation is great.

Good gym facilities although the…
Good gym facilities although the changing facilities including quality of the lockers and cleanliness are poor. Lockers are poor quality, sinks, toilet area are filthy.

Great equipment
Great equipment. Flexible opening hours - 24 hours. But most importantly - the staff are great, helpful and polite. The circuit training class is very good too!

Very friendly and inclusive gym
Very friendly and inclusive gym. My only complaint would be the volume of the music as it’s often too loud to hear my own music on my headphone led which is distracting.
