I have recently moved to the area so it’s been a huge relief finding a gym where I feel comfortable. Even though I have enjoyed only two weeks of familiarising myself with the gym (after lockdown 2.0 and before the tier 4 announcements), my visits have been refreshing. As soon as I joined, the staff have been welcoming and have also reached out to me via phone and emails (which I’ll admit I have not gotten around to replying as of yet) and I find this incredibly useful for myself as I tend to be a little shy reaching out. The gym is always clean when I visit and it’s nice seeing friendly faces, from both the staff and other gym goers. The music is also on point :) I look forward to going to the gym more often once things start to get a little ‘normal’ and trying out the classes too!

The best gym so far
I’ve been using gyms almost 2 years in London. However, this is the best gym I have ever been so far. The staffs are extremely friendly, they helped me to feel at home from the first time I stepped in. I love their safety procedures especially in the current situation, I was so surprised and so happy we have to book our visit, it helps a lot to keep limited number of people to train at once time, and also you can find cleaning products everywhere.
There are also every accessories and machines what you need. It’s simply superb. I’m so happy I found this wonderful place!! I’m very happy I can training again happily and safely!!

Good gym, just needs staff to be more proactive
I was an inaugural member of this gym back in 2016 and due to circumstances became inactive and I am back as a member once more.
The gym is really good, equipment seems to be in general good working order, the staff are friendly, there seems to be little waiting time for equipment and fellow members seem to be mature and not your typical loud adolescents.
The only downside in my opinion seems to be the lack of social distancing and hygiene enforcement. I think it would be a good idea for staff to enforce this considering they posters warning members to adhere to social distancing and cleaning of equipment.
The other notable and minor issue I have is that the gym communal playlist seems to include music which contains offensive and racist language. In this particular time when the world is attempting to bring more equality as demonstrated by world events, I don’t think it is appropriate for gym members to be forced to hear music with the N word in the lyrics.

Even due to social distancing Énergie…
Even due to social distancing Énergie Fitness has managed to create honestly an amazing space for one’s workout. Visiting the gym on regular basis, different times of the day, still managed to find the gym spot clean!

One of the WORST Customer Service I…
One of the WORST Customer Service I have experienced (except for 1 staff member named Pepe) in a long time.Staff at management level are helpless when you need them most, as a customer, and that's very rare.

I really enjoy this gym
I really enjoy this gym, the staff are friendly, true equipment is always being cleaned, there is a variety of equipment and machine to use.
My only issue is that during peak time there is too many people and the gym should think about limiting this number as the virus spread is increasing.

Great gym
Great gym, not too packed, good enquiment, machines are good and well maintained, very relaxed atmosphere, hygienic. Only complaint is the flush in the men's loo doesn't always work and there's no cold water tap in the men's bathroom, so if you've had a hard work out and want to splash your face with cold water, you can't. Only hot water is available. Apart from that it's excellent.

The only downside I see to the Gym is dictated for the COVID-19 but I would like that the slot could be 2 hours rather than 1 hour.
