I have been a member over 2 years and I…
I have been a member over 2 years and I can see some good improvements. More equipment and better area for freestyle class shall I call that.
Because I had some bad injuries in the past I can’t take to hard on heavy weights. Having a clean area and exciting was what I need and the improvement and the machines are there, it is more than enough for me.
My girlfriend has joined that gym last January and we think that is great value for money. So many couples joining in and we can see friends trainning together makes the place real.
The thing I’ll point out is the toilets on busy times to have someone to check out and some lockers that needs to be fixed.
Staff is good if we need to ask anything they always are there to help (even to change the play list) It feels local and friendly.

Energie fitness is one of the best gyms…
Energie fitness is one of the best gyms I’ve been a member of. Their range of classes and equipment is brilliant and it’s excellent value for money. I’m particularly fond of the Yard classes and would recommend to all levels. Definitely worth the investment!

little improvements
Please provide drinking cups for the New water machine. Either the cups seem to run out or you don’t provide drinking plastic cups no more. I’ve seen a few people go to the water fountain to drink water but no cups so they have to aim with there mouth to stink water. And also the cycling bikes I always cycle when I go to gym and it’s been some time now that I noticed few cycle foot straps have ripped off or broken and needs replacing please.

Machine require to be cleaned and…
Machine require to be cleaned and updated. Staff are amazing and always helpful. Shower needs to be cleaner and not very hot cause it starts burning your skin.

Only negative is I have a 'wow'…
Only negative is I have a 'wow' membership but the fob only works at my home gym and always a hassle signing into another gym although that was why I paid extra.

Equipment won’t get service or repair as quick as they should,only one working TV in the hole gym,no music most of the time,and more clocks needed as there’s one clock in the hole gym,some more exercise machines would be great.

The BEST gym!
Énergie Fitness Bethnal Green has all the normal functional requirements of a standard gym, but it has an atmosphere that is like no other. It has the most friendly and welcoming gym which keeps people coming back. And the Yard classes will whip you into shape like no other class- it has actually made me enjoy circuits!

Friendly staff but poor maintenance.
As it is in the title of the review: the staff is really approachable, helpful, but the site lacks proper maintenance (broken lockers in male locker room, machines are worn out, especially the bench paddings).
Not enough equipment (for example: only 2 Tricep and Bicep Rope Pull Down Cable - people are queuing or it to have it).

The fitness sessions are very interactive and truly help. The staff are very friendly and encourage all individuals to participate really well. It would be better if there was a wider range of fitness classes available
