I purchased a shed via Wayfair and it was supposed to be supplied by a different company but for some reason and a month late Empire Sheds got the job. It was a 14 x 8 double door shed and when delivered looked like a pile of firewood!!! The floor bearers were only 1"x1/2" for crying out loud so I spent £264 at my local timber supplier and built a floor frame of 4x2 timber and 18m OSB board instead of the 12 mm crap they supply. By the way, the way the instructions are it means that the 2 longer sides of the shed are screwed directly into 12mm board, that aint going to hold!!!! All of the door furniture such as hinges I have replaced with strong galvanised ones as the supplied ones are total weak rubbish!! After building said shed I have roof sag after 1 week as there are not enough supports in the panels. Winter should be fun, I could go on for hours but in a nutshell, This shed is totally not worth £1100, as it is a flimsy and badly designed piece of crap!! Whoever designed it doesn't know the first thing about physics and should be sacked...... OH......there is no way this has been pressure treated, the wood is swelling in the rain.......DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR...BUILD YOUR OWN FROM SCRATCH....... I CAN'T EVEN STAND UP IN MY SHED, I'M ONLY 6'2" !!!!!

The $hittest shed I have ever come across they sent me out 2 right hand side panels instead of one so you have a left hand panel as they didn't overlap. Had to saw off a piece of wood by door as it was too long for the door to fit. The felt was damaged and have refused to replace anything. All they offered is a £50 refund as I find this an insult for the trouble I have had I wanted at least half of it back. So I went to Paypal instead but they say as we have built up the shed already that I am not covered as they want you to be sykick to know that the shed isn't up to standards & guess what Paypal are also on the sellers side so I am still trying to fight too either get a full refund or a reasonable partial refund but it's like pulling teeth with them as I'm getting no response fron the seller & Paypal have closed the case completely & blocked me from trying to put in some sort of claim for a shed at £575 you expect it to be up to standards it is nothing but. So it looks like I'm not on a winning case whatsoever with this. I have even gone to trading standards and guess what they are also on the sellers side. SO STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AS THEY SELL $HIT QUALITY SHEDS & ARE STILL ALLOWED TO TRADE WHEN THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS.

Shed took 3 + months to arrive, and encountered the worst customer service ever! They either ignored us or were rude and hostile. Issues never got resolved as they refused to even acknowledge complaints. They actually had the cheek to try and charge us additional £ for their errors and incompetence. Never known customer service so bad.

Bought a shed from shedsandgardenbuildings on eBay the shed arrived over 3 months after it was ordered. The joiners came to build it a few days later and said it was the worst shed they had ever built, the door entrance wasn’t square, the doors didn’t fit, the floor is so thin they were worried about going through it. I contacted the company they said no one had ever went through the floor and that they would send out 2 new doors, these were worse than the original 2 doors. A few weeks after with still no word from the company, I contacted them again as the wood had all shrunk and the roof by this time had 3 bulges in it I sent them pictures and a video. Great news they stopped answering altogether like if there’s a problem just ignore it but the worrying thing is they changed the name to empire sheds in one email and are now operating under ridge development. So if you want a quality shed give these lot a miss.

I bought two shed’s and I must say they are the worst sheds I have come across in my entire life.
The shed walls are splitting and letting in water the doors are shrinking also letting in water.
When you contact the company they refuse to deal with the issues members of staff are rude.
I would not recommend this company in anyway I would recommend people to stay away from them.
