Emodels is one of those rare hidden gems.. A shop, with a counter selling models and all things model-making related. Well stocked and with friendly, knowledgeable staff on hand. Even open Sundays. I have also used them online with no issues whatsoever. Trusted and recommended.

Only ordered a single pot of paint this time, ordered after hours on a Saturday, it shipped Sunday and arrived promptly with some Haribo to boot! eModels always gives fantastic service.

This place is a model maker's gold mine. E model's is a well stocked shop for all model makers. If what you want is not in stock, the staff, who are all friendly and helpful, will get your items in quickly. I have asked for advice on previous visits and and have always been given time and courtesy. I feel privileged to have E models just a short drive from my home.

My first and last order. I join that band of customers who experienced delivery and communication issues with this company. Delays receiving my order, no communication and excuses. I only got attention when I asked where my order was and suddenly it was in the post along with excuses and a claim they had sent an email to explain the delay (they hadn’t). Poor packaging could have caused damage to the models but fortunately just the model boxes were damaged. I won’t be using them again, despite the rhetoric they are not customer focused.

2nd Jan: placed order with all items listed as in stock
4th Jan: emailed to ask if it had been dispatched
5th Jan: no response so sent follow up
6th Jan: told order was ALL picked and packed, waiting for courier. No apologies given for delay and I know the couriers they use can be booked to arrive within 24hrs. I responded to ask if 5 days was a normal dispatch time and was told 1-2 days is the norm but they were busy. Again, no hint of an apology.
9th Jan: order arrived, was missing an item. None of the correspondance had flagged this, no note in the package, were just hoping I wouldn't notice. So I emailed and was told the item couldn't be located. Again, why apologise right?
13th Jan: I noticed on their website the missing item was listed as in stock. I emailed.
14th Jan: got a response saying they had a delivery and it will leave tomorrow
15th Jan: they generate a Royal Mail postage label
18th Jan: they eventually decide to give Royal Mail the package
19th Jan: the missing item arrives

Best part of 3 weeks. Judge a company on how it behaves when things go wrong. In this case, they were on autopilot so you can ignore the comments in their order emails about looking after their customers

I came across eModels whilst searching for Models to introduce modelling to my children aged 6 and 8.
I found their website great to navigate, and the selection and discounts on models were very satisfying.
I received my order well packaged and in a timely manner. I look forward to completing our models and getting the enjoyment and satisfaction from constructing and detailing our models and hope if your reading this review you will too.
as an added note the interaction from ordering and the emails received to keep me updated through the shipping process were great and appreciated

Its been awhile since I've made a model kit but the website and the range of stock at emodels made it very easy to get everything I needed in one place, with cheap fast shipping too. I was dreading buying from multiple places and ending up spending a fortune on various shipping costs but emodels made it easy, there was one item out of stock I needed but they quickly emailed me with apologies and refunded the item and within a day or two I had my order on the doorstep securely packed.

The communication and professionalism will have me back for more.

Believe their jargon. These people are spot on. Will be buying from again. No problem. Their Youtube channel is pretty good too!🙂🙃

Ordered model on Sunday for store pick up went to store closed due to illness apparently so called Monday hour after opening to get my order only to be told don't have at.tgis store and woukd have to wait till tue unfortunately no o would be available for rest of the week to settle model so refunded my point do t take orders if u don't have stock in local shop advise customers its not available in local store the no one asto wait for order or money back

£4.99 to deliver a small item that wasnt actually posted til 5 days later. They even have a timer on the website to say how long you've got in order to achieve next day delivery - which doesnt appear to count for much.

Only option given for Royal Mail is 'Royal Mail Tracked', which turns out to be 48 service (not 24) - no option to pick 24. Only other option is courier at > 5times the price.

Was pointed in the direction of this shop by a member of a Facebook group I'm a member of.
And so glad I was, from the moment I placed the order, to the moment it arrived the customer service was second to none.
I wouldn't even consider using anyone else, for my modeling supplies now.
Will definitely be ordering more in the very near future

Quick dispatch, tracking numbers disclosed and packaged well. Excellent service!

I've paid the £9.50 next day delivery twice on this site and my items have never arrived the next day. The first time I had to email them to remind them about my order. I don't know why they offer next day delivery if they can't deliver on their promise. Never have this problem with other sites. Never ordering from here again.

Always seem to have the colour in stock that I need and the kits that I want. Great delivery, always on time. They keep you well informed all along the way. My first go-to for modeling.
