Our week in Sardinia was incredible, and so much of that was because of Captain Sam and Matilda. They were such a great team and made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed.

Sam was a wonderful captain and took us to some amazing places. He was always happy to help, and we felt completely comfortable with him. Matilda was such a sweetheart and an amazing cook. Every meal was delicious, and we looked forward to seeing what she was making each day!

The boat was the perfect way to explore Sardinia, and we loved being able to spend the week swimming, relaxing, and discovering new places. It was honestly one of the best trips we’ve ever taken.

We’re so grateful to Sam and Matilda for making it such a special week. We would absolutely recommend this charter and hope to do it again someday! 🇮🇹🛥️

Amazing charter around Sardinia, Italy with Sam and Matilda for a few week. The food, treatment and professionalism was nothing short of exceptional ! - we were a group of 6 and all of our needs were met beyond expectations with the highest safety standards met at all times as well as a very positive comfortable energy on the boat. I will be chartering with them again !

Sam was a fantastic captain and took us to some incredible places. He was so knowledgeable, and made us feel completely comfortable and SAFE throughout the trip. We really enjoyed getting to know him and having him as part of our week. He always had a smile on his face!

Matilda was an amazing cook. Every meal was delicious, and having her cook for us while we were out on the water was such a treat. She was also so sweet and made us feel right at home. I looked forward to every meal.

The whole week was so relaxing and fun, and we got to see Sardinia in a way we never could have otherwise. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better crew or a better experience.

AMAZING! 10 days sailing in French Polynesia is a dreamlike experience in and of itself, yet, Boutique Charters, Cosimo, made it extraordinary. Cosimo made it seamless; he listened to us in designing the trip, finding the right boat, having the right amenities, and selecting two perfectly matched crew members, Blake, our captain, and Daryl, our chef. We were three couples who have sailed before bareboating, this charter was a dream come true with Blake taking the helm and worrying about the details, laying out our itinerary considering our ideas and factoring in the weather, and making everything effortless, ah, such a good feeling. Daryl created each meal as an extraordinary culinary experience. Even the happy hour cocktails and hors d’oeuvres were perfectly curated to our group and activities. Coming home has been a sharp adjustment!

Blake and Daryl had experience in French Polynesia and also tapped into their network to find amazing on island experiences with a private lunch on Taha’a (absolutely delicious), locals tour, and a Polynesian show including fire dancing. On Bora Bora, Blake knew a guide for snorkeling and the coral gardens, who even sang to us on his ukulele. Each island had a special feel and Blake and Daryl shared special snorkeling places, restaurants, and the local scenery for a full experience. We had three theme nights that each couple created and Blake and Daryl aligned our itineraries and meals for the day/evening to best suit the themes, just amazing!! Imagine made-from-scratch pink bagels on board fresh that morning, who does that……Daryl!!

We all had so much fun and did not want to leave our idyllic world. Thank you, Cosimo, Blake and Daryl, for such an incredible time. Can’t wait for the next adventure, however, I am not sure French Polynesia can be topped!

We did a 5 day charter from Sint Maarten, Anguilla, and St. Barts for 10 people and 2 crew members.

Prep: my crew had worked with Cosi on a previous trip, we reached out and were able to handcraft our trip with ease. He was able to provide sufficient options as we decided changed our minds frequently on crew size, boat size, price range, host/no-host and locations. Once we finally made up our minds he was sure to notify us which portions of the trip would be at risk due to weather to ensure we went in with appropriate expectations.

During the trip: Elise was our host and fit in right from the start. We were able to complete a questionnaire on any dietary restrictions/ preferences and was sure to include a spot for celebrations (we had 3 birthdays). She went above and beyond with every meal being more impressive than the last. By the second morning she already had the entire crews coffees orders down, no better way to wake up.
Cosi was our skipper and continued to go above and beyond by letting us ask a million questions to learn more about the boat and yachting in general, his expertise was truly unmatched! The team flexed the itinerary frequently, helped find the best spots to snorkel, the local spots for food or drinks, and catered to our countless requests to make sure the group was always happy! The boat we got was a Bali 4.6 which had 5 bedrooms for guest plus 2 up front for crew. There was so much room in the sun and shade it never felt crowded.

Post trip: Can’t wait to book our next trip somewhere new! 11/10 would recommend.

I had the most amazing vacation with Boutique Charters!! It was my first time chartering a catamaran and traveling between islands with a group of friends, and it exceeded all my expectations.

Our skipper Cosi made the trip seamless and put together a fantastic itinerary that allowed for hiking, a ton of snorkeling (turtles, starfish, endless fish), and some off boat activities that we requested.

Our host Elise was amazing and cooked the most delicious and huge meals right on board while accommodating everyone’s preferences and allergies. She worked very hard and is a damn good cook!!

Cosi and Elise made us feel like family and went above and beyond every step of the way. If I could give 10 stars I would, and if you’re reading this, just book it!!

Amazing experience. Cosimo and Elise were beyond amazing --extremely professional, knowledgeable, and all around good people that fit perfectly with our group. I highly recommend booking a trip like this, but make sure you hire a host as part of the experience. Elise cooked DELICIOUS meals, I was so impressed. Didn't really need or want to eat off boat. Cosi has been our skipper before on past trips, and honestly, I don't want anyone else haha. We always had something fun planned, beautiful routes to travel and fun activities to do. I had an absolutely amazing time in the Caribbean with boutique charters! The captain Cossimo and our chef Elise really went the extra mile taking time to make sure everything was properly planned and was able to easily accommodate staying longer at locations we liked. Elise’s food was out of this world and her ability to accommodate allergies is impressive.
The crew fit right in with our group. We will be doing this again.

Elise, our host, was incredible. She prepared the most beautiful and delicious meals every day - fresh, creative, and way beyond what we expected on a boat. We were always astonished at the quality of meals she prepared in such a small space and during a sail.

Cosi, our skipper, was fantastic. Even though it was his first time in this area, he made everything feel easy and smooth. He had great recommendations for anchorages, beach clubs, and local spots, and we always felt safe and relaxed under his guidance.
We also loved that the boat had paddle boards and snorkeling gear - our group jumped in the water at almost every stop and made the most of the crystal-clear bays.

The boat was comfortable and clean, the itinerary was perfect, and the whole experience felt effortless from start to finish. Huge thanks to Elise and Cosi for making it so special - we would absolutely book again and recommend them to anyone!

I had an amazing experience. Everything on the boat was great, but what really made the experience unique was the skipper and chef, Cosimo and Elise. They were super professional, talented, kind and fit right into the group. I would do it all again with them.

We had an incredible week sailing in Croatia with Boutique Charters! Sam gave us valuable input when it came to choosing a boat and gave us multiple options for boats at different sizes and price points. We landed on a Lagoon 46 catamaran which was perfect for our group of 8 - we especially loved the flybridge seating area. Our skipper, Blake, expertly guided us along the Croatian coast, showing us all the best bays and island ports. His energy and charisma were a great fit for our group - by the end of the week he was part of the family! Overall it was an amazing experience we will definitely repeat and would recommend Boutique Charters to anyone looking for the sailing vacation of a lifetime!

We were a group of six (three couples, ages 20s - 40s) looking for a mix of adventure, shopping, dining, and light partying — and our week-long trip with skipper Sam and chef Matilda was everything we hoped for and so much more.

Safety & Expertise

I’ll be honest, I was a little nervous before the trip since I’d never done anything like this before. But from day one, Sam’s experience and demeanor put me completely at ease. He’s been doing this for years and also served in the navy, so it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. He always prioritized safety, and we knew if anything unexpected came up, he’d handle it.

The Experience

One of the best parts about Boutique Charters is you can completely customize your trip and they will coordinate all of the logistics and plan everything for you. Sam planned and coordinated the entire trip so seamlessly that we barely had to lift a finger. Every day had the perfect balance of activities, amazing locations, and beautiful views. Everyone in our group was happy.

Both Sam and Matilda went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and having fun — the service was truly top-notch.

The Food

We decided to have meals included on the trip, and let me just say… best decision ever. Matilda’s cooking was honestly one of the biggest highlights. Our group has eaten at plenty of fine dining restaurants, and her meals still exceeded expectations. Every day she amazed us with creative dishes, incredible flavors, and stunning presentation.

And a special shoutout to Sam for surprising us with craft cocktails and (and even ceviche once!) throughout the trip — such a fun touch that made the whole experience even better!

Overall

This trip was an experience of a lifetime! Sam and Matilda gave us an unforgettable experience and we will be back to explore Italy or Croatia next. If you’re considering a sailing trip do not hesitate — you’ll be in the very best hands.

As newbies, he was not only our skipper, but our tour guide, life coach, and fellow board game enthusiast. He was incredibly knowledgeable about sailing in the BVIs, allowing him to tailor our week-long excursion to our preferences. Our second time traveling with Boutique Charters and Captain Jamie. Booking was easy. The itinerary was incredible - snorkeling with giant turtles, enjoying beautiful sunsets, dining on Caribbean lobster on unmanned islands. Truly paradise. Jamie and Chef Mia are about the best travel companions out there. Dining was top notch. But not for reality, we’d live aboard the Cat. A million thanks. And if considering booking, don’t hesitate. I can’t fault this company. A recent week’s cruising around the Cyclades could not have been better. Everything from the condition of the boat, the skipper, the planning and the communication (before, during and after) was excellent.
